    Regional HR Administrator (YES Programme)

    Why do we need you ?

    • HR Administration: Provide crucial administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, initiate staff engagement auths, departure clearances, change in statuses, request IT Hardware, and general HR functions.
    • Arrange with the pre-medicals with the clinic, ensure the onboarding tool is shared with the line manager and new employee, thereafter, 3 months check-ins, and complete the checklist.    
    • Payroll - dealing with queries, eco-time queries, staff authorisation forms, departure forms, change in status, adding/terminating on eco-time, and ensuring shift patterns.            
    • Leave balance disputes log and resolution SLA
    • Coordination: Act as a liaison between HR and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and policy adherence.
    • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare HR correspondence, maintain records, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
    • Database Management: Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee files and timesheets. Monthly update the PD Pillar & update the employees' files.  Monthly compiling Stats (Overtime, casual, absenteeism, HERCA, Skills matrix, turnover, recruitment).
    • Maintain the disciplinary database and communicate with the management
    • Automated reminders to managers (involvement, skills, overtime databases)
    • Project Support: Assist in developing and implementing HR projects and initiatives, arranging all the Region Events (compile needs analysis, preparation, and liaise with the relevant stakeholders
    • Address employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
    • Create regular reports, i.e., staff turnover, absenteeism, etc.
    • Assist in managing training plans and capturing actual training done
    • Liaise with the on-site canteen for catering for functions.
    • Liaise with external vendors for company signage. 

    Is this job for you ?

    • Tertiary qualifications in HR preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR administrative role.
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
    • Team player with a proactive approach to work
