Daily Responsibilities (Schools Based Context)
- Collaborate with school leadership to monitor the daily implementation of curriculum plans and assessments.
- Conduct classroom walkthroughs or lesson observations to support instructional alignment and provide real-time feedback to educators.
- Meet with grade or subject leads to review learner data, plan interventions, and adjust instructional pacing.
- Provide coaching or support to teachers on curriculum delivery, differentiation, and assessment practices.
- Review and moderate learner workbooks, assessments, and portfolios for quality and consistency.
- Support the planning and execution of daily assessment schedules (e.g., quizzes, SBAs, or internal tests).
- Monitor the fidelity of lesson planning and shared instructional materials on platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, LMS).
- Engage with scholars to understand learning experiences and curriculum impact through surveys, focus groups, or learner voice activities.
- Attend school team huddles, instructional planning meetings, or data debriefs.
- Ensure curriculum boards, subject displays, and resource areas reflect current curriculum focus and learning objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Honours or Master’s in Education preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience coaching educators and supporting school-based instructional leadership.
- Experience in curriculum design, assessment strategy, and data analysis.
- Exposure to digital platforms, blended learning, and educational technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Create a positive student culture around online learning and small group tutoring and maintain high behavioural expectations for all students.
- Actively “coach” students on all computer programs and ensure that the educational software used in the lab effectively meets the needs of students.
- Create and submit lesson plans for tutoring sessions.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Record Keeping & Documentation
- Maintain accurate scholar information records on the scholar information system, including daily scholar attendance.
- Provide school tours to prospective parents and serve as a liaison during the enrolment process, including collecting personal documentation for enrolment files.
- Follow up with parents regarding scholar absences, and communicate relevant information to the school administration.
- Responsible for assisting with the completion of the study hall billing spreadsheet, overseen by the School Operations and Blended Learning Manager.
- Volunteer hours, tracking and reporting.
- Responsible for staff attendance, tracking and reporting.
Visitor & Stakeholder Management
- Direct visitors and stakeholders to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Provide school tours to prospective parents and serve as a liaison during the enrolment process.

- Conduct collections with parents owing school fees.
Facilities & Inventory Management
- Assist in managing day-to-day facilities and maintenance issues, including facilitating visits by maintenance suppliers.
- Assist the School Operations and Blended Learning Manager with managing all school inventory, including fixed assets (technology and furniture), stationery, cleaning supplies, and other resources.
- Receive delivery of supplies.
Clerical & Administrative Duties
- Perform clerical duties, including answering phones, taking and distributing messages, and corresponding with parents and staff members via email.
- Provide clerical support to school administration, such as typing documents, filing, and organising paperwork.
Health & Safety
- Attend to sick or injured children and liaise with parents/guardians about their children.
- Issue tardy slips or admit notes for scholars returning to school after an absence.
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate and collaborate professionally with school staff as required.
- Participate actively in staff development opportunities as a member of the SPARK Schools team.
Qualifications:

- Currently in third or fourth year studying towards an Undergraduate degree
- 1-2 years experience as an office administrator and/or office management
