    • Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the repairs and maintenance of clear and dirty water pumps, locos, hydraulics and loaders

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engineering Fitter Do pre and post assessments of equipment sent for repairs: pumps, locos and loaders Providing and maintaining a safe environment for all employees by ensuring full compliance to the Health and Safety regulations Completing daily registers and job cards Perform breakdown maintenance. Perform tool changeovers on hydraulic presses Inspect, service, repair, and overhaul machinery.
    • Standards Enforcement and Quality Assurance Assist in establishing programs to maintain and improve the quality of maintenance and the maintenance systems employed to minimize unplanned downtime on key equipment. Ensure that employees have clear work expectations and plans Direct maintenance personnel to continuously evaluate compliance and strict adherence to the established procedures and policies.     • Planning and Scheduling Facilitates a one to three-year maintenance management strategy for the operations. Monitors compliance to maintenance schedules and programs interventions to remedy deviations. Actively manage legal maintenance compliance. Assist with the preparation of schedules and the supervision of major works/shutdowns. Develop the critical spares and sub assembly register for all equipment on the operations.     • Information and Early equipment Management Ensures that equipment data, nomenclature, descriptions, component serialisation are correct as captured in the ERP System. Continuously review equipment task lists in the system in light of maintenance improvements, equipment developments and modifications. Participation and representation in relevant forums.     Supervisor Finance Consolidations

    Minimum Required Qualification:

    • INTERNAL - NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults) with Mathematics and preferably with Accounting
    • EXTERNAL - NQF6 (Diploma) in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 3 years’ experience in appropriate financial accounting and reporting field

    The Appointee should:

    • Have at least 5 years’ experience in appropriate financial and costing field OR have at least 3 years’ experience in an appropriate financial and costing field or experience in an Intern programme.
    • Have a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
    • Have a clear credit record.

    Advantageous Qualifications:

    • Have NQF 6 (Diploma or Advanced Certificate) in Accounting or Finance, or related field

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Roll forward of the new month-end on SharePoint and on InforPM System (closing the prior period and clearing mappings before loading PM packs)
    • Reviewing the accuracy of PM packs prior to loading on the consolidation system monthly.
    • Preparing selected PM consolidation packs with supporting workings on a monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Performing monthly consolidation checks.
    • Ensuring all entities submit PM files and completing the checklist for the relevant period ie. monthly; quarterly; half-year etc.
    • Ensuring all entities submit Tax packs quarterly and reviewing of the Tax packs submitted.
    • Ensure that all additional schedules, MRL and checklists are submitted on time, and have been completed accurately per the Group Instructions for half-year and year end.
    • Preparing the consolidated summary of additional information schedule for half-year and year-end
    • Administration and co-ordination to ensure that any outstanding packs, schedules or submissions are followed up.
    • Rolling of the PM consolidation packs for the budget and year end with a review of packs received prior to loading on the consolidation system.
    • Preparing reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
    • Ad-hoc tasks and related projects including selected tasks which may include job rotation in other areas within the Group Financial Reporting department to allow for development.
    • Accurately roll forward of all Subsidiary and Trust financial statements
    • Accurate and timely tagging of all subsidiary financial statements for CIPC purposes

    Planned Maintenance Administrator SF

    The Appointee should:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administration Capture work order feedback information on SAP PM. Create subsequent work orders and/or notification for follow-up work from a routine work order inspection. Assist in administration of tracking equipment movement on shaft/plant for the purposes of dismantling/installing equipment on SAP PM that is moved between shafts/plants or between levels within a shaft or places on a plant done by the Planner. Load all new and refurbished equipment warrantees on SAP DMS via a MA Notification. Conduct all administration tasks assigned by Planner, Engineer or relevant stakeholder.     • Ground Control & Strata Control SupportAssess poor quality support installations and take corrective actions. Secondary SupportManage the installation of secondary supports, assess poor quality support installations and take corrective actions. TrammingManage the Tramming team and activities and plan Tramming activities and targets. Secondary BlastingManage Secondary Blasting team and processes. MaintenanceManage underground maintenance activities. BlastingInitiate blasts and authorise re-entry to blasted section after observing the prescribed re-entry period. Removal of Brocken Rock (Cleaning & Sweeping)Plan the location of winches.
    • Underground Operations ProjectsIdentify Underground Operations improvement opportunities.Implement Underground Operations improvement projects and initiatives.Supervise a project team of an Underground Operations project to deliver project objectives.Contribute to the management of project risk within own field of expertise.Develop a simple schedule to facilitate effective project execution.Monitor, evaluate and communicate simple project schedules.
