Planned Maintenance Administrator SF at Sibanye-Stillwater

The Appointee should:

• NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent)
• At least 1 years’ experience in an engineering environment.
• Experience in SAP or similar maintenance planning software as well as MS Office
• Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
• Clear security screening record.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

• MS Project or similar experience will be advantageous
• SAP PM Module experience will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration Capture work order feedback information on SAP PM. Create subsequent work orders and/or notification for follow-up work from a routine work order inspection. Assist in administration of tracking equipment movement on shaft/plant for the purposes of dismantling/installing equipment on SAP PM that is moved between shafts/plants or between levels within a shaft or places on a plant done by the Planner. Load all new and refurbished equipment warrantees on SAP DMS via a MA Notification. Conduct all administration tasks assigned by Planner, Engineer or relevant stakeholder. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. Filing Scan and attached all 3rd party inspection reports to the original work order on SAP PM. Load 3rd party inspection reports on SAP DMS linked to the Equipment on SAP PM via a MA Notification. Make a copy of the 3rd party inspection reports and circulate report to the Foreman and Engineer to action. Load actions on subsequent work orders and/or notification for follow-up work. Maintain a physical filing system for all work orders and maintenance of signification equipment. File all completed work orders. File original 3rd party inspection reports. File all new and refurbished warrantees. Conduct all filling tasks assigned by Planner, Engineer or relevant stakeholder. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. Materials Management Assist with placing routine material reservations and purchase orders for workshop consumables. Follow up on overdue deliveries of spares. Record all new and refurbished equipment warrantee details on SAP through a MA notification. Conduct all material management tasks assigned by Planner, Engineer or relevant stakeholder. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. Reporting Record daily call-out reports and ensure a linked call-out work order is recorded on SAP PM. Report on a weekly and monthly basis all equipment moves’ report received and dismantle and install done on SAP. Assist with the capturing and maintaining a leave or labour unavailability schedule. Run SAP PM and MM reports. Record and maintain Asset Management KPI reports other than being reported centrally. Conduct all reporting tasks assigned by Planner, Engineer or relevant stakeholder. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. Equipment Performance Measures Record and maintain significant equipment availability, reliability and OEE performance measures. Maintain MES system OEE performance measure failure reasons/codes and follow-up outstanding reasons/codes. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Ensuring open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders. Liaising with the necessary entities on any environmental management related requirements and alignment where applicable.
