    BU South Demand Planning Lead

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Support and Manage Zone LCP as per Scope Requirement (E.g. Demand Planning, Portfolio, Management, S&OP)
    • Prepare and Manage Weekly and Monthly Demand routines for t(E.g. S&OE, S&OP, Portfolio Review, Demand Review, Supply Review)
    • Prepare, analyze and implement recommendations for Demand Planning data (e.g. master data, aggregation rules, segmentation, internal/external demand drivers, normalization, etc.)
    • Generate and/or analyse Statistical Forecasting outputs, including best fit models run over appropriate horizons and disaggregation.
    • Propose, agree and implement Commercial Enrichment and Collaboration (e.g. commercial/marketing calendars, events, promotions, NPDs, discontinuations, etc.)
    • Analyse and incorporate import/export volumes within the standard demand cycle (e.g. IMEX M+1)
    • Manage and support the implementation and use of Zone reporting Tools and/or Dashboards
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key performance metrics (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, SCOH, etc.) and improvement recommendations to management and senior leadership

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 3-year Bachelor level degree in Sciences or Commercial or similar degree or equivalent tertiary education
    • 3-5 years' experience in the Demand Planning, Sales/Marketing, Planning or Supply Chain disciplines in an FMCG environment

    MRP Zone Specialist

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Supplier management & engagement
    • Ensuring material supply against calculated requirements in the long/middle term
    • Working on the Materials Management module of an ERP system
    • Working on a Materials Requirements Planning system
    • Stock level management at Brewery and Supplier
    • Materials management to optimize business cost for NPD, Promotions and discontinuation processes
    • Risk identification and mitigation
    • Material obsolescence identification and management
    • System and Master Data maintenance
    • Identify and implement cost avoidance and cost reduction initiatives
    • KPI tracking (service level / cost)
    • Reporting standardize the reports across the Bus
    • Standardize the Zone Planning Reports and presentations
    • SPOC Procurement Long Term Plan

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Supply chain orientated degree, or degree in one of the numerical sciences preferred
    • Ability to use SAP, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with Supply chain principles, from Purchasing through to manufacturing
    • Prior experience in a Planning oriented role, preferably at an FMCG company would be advantageous

    Logistics Support Agent - SAB Bloemfontein Depot

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    Centralized PTP Support

    • Source quotations for logistics as and when required by DC management. Management of DC consumables ordering and tracking
    • PTP follow up and snow ticket logging where issues occur
    • GRIR Management -GRN all Logistics PO's for the DC
    • Close out and attend to all Logistics supplier PTP queries
    • Assist with vendor creation for Logistics

    Temp Labour Management

    • Administer all temp requisition forms for the DC
    • Capture time and attendance verification for temp usage
    • Analyse temp labour usage by function and send out reporting weekly

    Owner Driver Administration

    • Cpods ad-hoc debit and credit creation
    • Owner Driver governance documentation administration
    • Administrative assistance with new driver take on process at the DC

    KPI Tracking and Trending

    • Daily population of KPI performance reporting to be sent to the DC logistics team
    • Weekly population and trending of KPI's performance to be sent to the DC logistics team

    DPO

    • Assist with weekly DC pillar ramp up plans
    • Update DC's consolidated action log and send to DC manager daily
    • Rate my delivery survey management (Daily analysis including follow up calls to customers)
    • Assist with ad-hoc requests from DC management team

    Ad-hoc

    • Raising of Logistics FBI's and managing the O&G process
    • Ad-hoc logistics administrative support as required by DC logistics team.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Relevant 3 year tertiary degree/diploma, preferably in Supply Chain and or Logistics
    • 1 –2 years administrative experience would be advantageous
    • Proficient in excel

    MRO Category Manager Africa Zone

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    Support Sourcing Strategy Development

    • MRO Category Management
    • Develop and Drive Spares Optimisation through MRP Strategies, Spares Policy and Stores Compliance
    • Cross Category Sourcing and Analytical Support
    • Working stores teams to drive efficiencies beyond price
    • Collate all necessary country analytics
    • S2P Optimisation, Drive GRN & PR Efficiencies (Drive Payment on-time efficiencies)
    • Analyse spend and user requirements
    • Conduct market research to assess country dynamics
    • Drive ZBB Savings in the Maintenance package
    • Original Equipment Manufacturer part conversion to alternates
    • Understand the day-to-day spare part replenishment process
    • Identifying key and frequent spare part identification for conversion
    • Implement and negotiate fixed pricing with strategic suppliers
    • Run tenders through the defined RFQ process
    • Track end to end all orders and highlight to stakeholders where risks are identified
    • Implement SLAs and contracts where applicable

    Support Sourcing Strategy Execution

    • Ensure readiness across country for strategy execution
    • Escalate where necessary supplier performance issues
    • Handle second level escalations with suppliers/internal stakeholders to resolve performance issues
    • Collaborate with supplier and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of sourcing outputs / agreements
    • Ensure suppliers are correctly enabled through RPSS
    • Implement material MasterData to reduce free text orders
    • Negotiate and implement higher payment terms with suppliers that offset cashflow for the business

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree: Finance, Engineering/ Science, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics
    • Experience and understanding of sourcing and analytics tools such as Ariba, Emptoris, SAP MM/SRM, advanced MS Excel, MS Access, Database tools (SQL etc), SAP 4 Hanna, Syspro, TAM etc
    • Additional specialized study: a recognized qualification in procurement would be considered an asset.  
    • Ideally Green Belt or Black Belt 
    • Minimum 3 years experience in Procurement, Logistics or Supply. In depth knowledge of procurement, supply chain, finance and logistics.
    • Consumer Goods experience and Alco-Bev industry experience will be advantageous.
    • Knowledge of all relevant legislative requirements and familiar with local market environments.

    • Excellent administration skills
