- Do regular sales / process training with the dealer staff on all levels.
- Load and assist with scheduling duties of Dealer leads.
- Attend to point of sale material at Dealership and Service Centres.
- Responsible for Monitoring and Achieving, required conversion on Demo/Prefit Accounts.
- Responsible for the Demo / Pre-Fit Dealer Accounts.
- Managing Demo/Pre-Fit and on-sell processes and procedures.
- Monthly Audits
- Facilitate growth of installations at Service Centres.
- Follow up service on existing and prospective clients.
- Client training and presentations.
- Area and market penetration.
- Query and account resolution.
- Provide client service to both existing and prospective clients.
- Administration of sales contracts.
- Complete weekly activity reports.
- Assist with monthly stock takes at Service Centres.
- Attend to necessary administration.
- Attend occasional after hour functions.
Minimum requirements
Qualifications and experience required:
- Based in the proximity of Cape Town
- Able to fluently speak & write English.
- Matric and at least 1 year experience in a sales environment.
- Proficiency in MS-Office/Excel.
- Excellent sales and presentation skills.
- Excellent F2F communication and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver’s License

Job description
- Deliver strategic projects on time, in budget, with the desired functionality, at the defined quality level in a sustainable way. Work with key stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and related user and functional requirement. Ensure business rules are carefully documented.
- Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications including wireframes, high level system architecture where appropriate.
- Perform validation of requirements against features at end of each sprint.
- Ensure quality output from initiation to completion, including requirements, planning, Devops work items, wiki and other documentation
- Meet best practice criteria in the documentation of requirements and systems
- When relevant, assure that team members adhere to and follow these practices.
- Complete work orders in appropriate timescales
- Maintain and support documentation
- Enhance documentation and documentation systems
- Share and document knowledge in wiki’s
- Document systems, including enhancements to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Mentor and coach developers, testers and other team members in proper standards and practices for documentation
- Ensure that the best practice development processes and standards are followed

Minimum requirements
- Relevant Degree or Diploma or Relevant Work Experience required
- Business Analyst related certification required (e.g. CBAP certificate)
- 6 years of relevant work experience
- Requirements gathering, user requirements and functional specifications
- Agile documentation
- Validation (validate requirements against app) and documentation (update documentation, including wiki pages)
- Stakeholder communication
- Experience as a BA in a mobile development environment is preferred
- Experience with Azure Devops would be advantageous
- Experience with documentation tools
- MS Office including Visio required
- Experience with Devops work items and wiki’s would be advantageous
- Exposure to diagram tools such as Enterprise Architect advantageous
- Experience in development technologies would be advantageous:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- REST, SOAP API’s
- Native iOS, Android
- Exposure to good documentation practices
