Job Description

• Responsible for operating the injector machine according to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Equivalent.
• N2 Mechanical engineering.
• 1 to 2 years' proven experience as a machine operator within the FMCG environment.
• Working knowledge of diverse high- speed machinery. 
• A willingness to work overtime, shifts and weekends when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up injector machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start production cycle.
• Control and adjust injector machines settings (e.g. speed).
• Feed raw material (brine) into injector machines.
• Visual inspection of parts.
• Test operation of machines daily.
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
• Perform other duties as may be required by line management.
