    Project Manager (Record Management)

    • Our client is looking for a Project Manager with experience in Records Management. The Project Manager will play a critical role in shaping and implementing a holistic strategy for managing information assets within the company. This includes supporting the assessment, development, and implementation of compliance and regulatory initiatives within the Records Management Department. This role is pivotal in aligning project deliverables with established project management standards and regulatory frameworks, including NARS, POPIA, and PAIA.
    • The incumbent will drive strategic efforts to manage information assets effectively, enhance compliance, and improve operational efficiency. The role requires coordination across multiple programmes and stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and consistent progress.

    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • Matric plus Bachelor`s Degrees in Information Management, Information Technology, BCom or equivalent
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
    • 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar environment (project management) with a focus on records management and information governance.
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing records management and governance frameworks in a regulated environment

    Technical/Functional Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of records and information management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of the National Archives and Records Service of South Africa, POPIA, and PAIA regulations.
    • Experience with SharePoint or other records management systems is an advantage.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Financial / Shareholder Returns

    • Define and track performance metrics for Executive reporting.
    • Manage project resources, capacity, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestone.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

    Internal / Operational Processes

    • Facilitate and manage large Microsoft SharePoint project implementations.
    • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to improve systems and processes.
    • Proactively identify, diagnose and recommend improvements  and provide specialist advice and support, ensuring that solutions are appropriate and effective.
    • Use practical knowledge and theoretical guidelines, to diagnose area of specialisation problems and generate workable solutions.
    • Understand project management area of application in order to exhibit insight and use understanding to make applicable recommendations and improvements.
    • Accountable for the improvement of quality, service and work outputs, continuously recommending improvements by continually posing powerful and insightful questions to enable critical thinking skills in the teams.
    • Ensure project management practices are applied effectively across all initiatives.

    Customer Focus & Stakeholder Management

    • Design large project plans, identify resources for execution purposes, implement, identify risks and apply associated project management principles.
    • Track metrics at team and programme level.
    • Capture required data and information into programme and project management tools to report on project progress and project plan adjustments.
    • Manage project execution to meet project objectives.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their records and information management needs and requirements.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and compliance status.
    • Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on records and information management best practices and compliance requirements.

    Desktop Engineer

    • We are looking for a Desktop Engineer on a 12 months contract with experience in supporting end users. The client is looking for candidates with Azure, Cloud AD, Teams, Network, Applications, Printer etc troubleshooting experience as well as MS365. Certifications in MS365/Azure Fundementals would be beneficial. This is an onsite role in Bryanston

    Requirements:

    • Matric & relevant IT qualification
    • CompTIA A+ and N+ Certifications (advantageous).

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and computer or network system configurations;

    • 2nd Level Support for line of business and IT Systems Software and escalations to vendor or departments;

    • Work within established configuration and Change Management Policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the Configuration Items;
    • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role;

    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various levels technical issues;
    • Familiarity with Remote Desktop Applications;

    Dynatrace System Administrator Specialist

    • We are partnering with a leading organisation in the banking and financial services sector that has an immediate requirement for two (2) Dynatrace System Administrator Support Specialists. These roles form part of a critical P1 Optimise and Sustain programme, focused on supporting and enhancing the organisation’s enterprise monitoring environment.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing administration, optimisation, and enhancement of the Dynatrace monitoring platform, enabling end-to-end transaction monitoring of mission-critical financial systems. The role is pivotal in ensuring high availability, performance stability, and operational resilience within complex, business-critical environments.

    Minimum Requirements & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 5+ years’ hands-on experience administering the Dynatrace monitoring platform
    • Proven experience with Dynatrace upgrades (in-place and out-of-place)

    Strong expertise in:

    • Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
    • Dashboards and reporting
    • Synthetic and API monitoring
    • Log analytics
    • Experience working in a production support environment
    • Solid understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Knowledge of Java applications and application server management
    • Experience with SQL and database monitoring
    • Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration monitoring
    • Exposure to log monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, ELK Stack, Splunk, or Graylog
    • Basic AIX / Linux system administration and server resource monitoring
    • Experience managing Dynatrace licensing and compliance
    • Experience with automation scripting for monitoring and maintenance (advantageous)

    Key Responsibilities
    The Dynatrace System Administrator Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

    • Manage, support, and optimise the Dynatrace monitoring platform for internal and external applications
    • Administer Dynatrace SaaS environments, including installations, configurations, upgrades, and maintenance
    • Deploy, configure, and manage Dynatrace agents across application and infrastructure environments
    • Configure alerts, thresholds, and monitors for application, OS, and infrastructure parameters
    • Build, customise, and maintain dashboards and performance reports
    • Migrate synthetic monitors from legacy monitoring tools to Dynatrace
    • Perform application performance analysis, tuning, and root cause troubleshooting
    • Monitor server resources (CPU, memory, disk) and proactively address performance bottlenecks
    • Monitor and support ETL processes, identifying and resolving failures or data inconsistencies
    • Perform routine server maintenance and ensure systems are patched and secure
    • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve monitoring efficiency
    • Produce and maintain operational documentation, best practices, and procedures
    • Provide training and structured knowledge transfer to client teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, application, and data engineering teams

    Key Deliverables

    Application Project Manager - Implementation and Support

    • Our client is looking to employ a Project Manager in Cape Town (Waterfront) to oversee the full project lifecycle from Implementation to Post Go-Live support of Business Applications. The role involves overseeing day-to-day issues, continuous improvement projects, and training end-users.
