    Dental Detailing Representative - Pretoria GSK

    Job Purpose

    As a Dental Detailing Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that World Class education and training is provided to appropriate HCP’s and experts, delivering key clinical messages so that the GSK brands are the ones they most recommend, endorse and sell within the Dental Practice influencing sphere. You will be required to build sustainable relationships with targeted Healthcare Professionals and their practice staff.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • To achieve Detailing objectives each Cycle, in line with Team/Marketing strategy.
    • To achieve Selling objectives each Cycle, in line with set individual targets
    • To ensure that comprehensive call planning is implemented for each call
    • To ensure that the sales model principles are always adhered to in each call
    • Complete company reports and records to agreed standards, bearing in mind the company’s SOP’s on PII and SPII, these will include Call reports, Field Coaching Reports, Competitor Feedback, etc.
    • Complete all trackers for Samples, POS, etc. on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Manage individual marketing budget for area per annum
    • To develop territory business plan to accomplish objectives.
    • To make professional/educational presentations to practice groups, professional bodies and any meeting as directed, CME’s, CPD Meetings, etc.
    • Drive all company objectives identified within the overall Expert strategy.
    • Dental Detailing Representatives may be required to attend meetings, conferences and training courses that may entail overnight stays or evening work, incl. weekends.
    • Territory Management and Coverage may entail overnight stay.
    • Undertake any other duties commensurate with grade as required.
    • Ensure that all My Learnings and SOP training is completed timeously.
    • Agreed pass averages are achieved for product/detailing assessments
    • Identify and forge relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Influencers within the Healthcare Profession

    Why you?

    Finance Manager

    Job Purpose

    As a Finance Manager, you will use your finance expertise to build partnerships with the business, and help drive the strategic business plan, supporting strategy and decision making with critical financial insights.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for end-to-end Sales and GM business partnering. Includes:
    1. All month end activities
    2. Forecasting
    3. Continual tracking of Trade spend and associated ROI’s
    4. Understanding of all COGS levers, tracking vs actuals and forecasting

    Tax, Audit and Compliance Accountant

    Job Purpose:

    As a Tax, Audit and Compliance Accountant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Statutory Reporting, Audit and Taxation (inclusive of transfer pricing) activities for GSK Consumer division.     Head of Dental

    Job Purpose

    As the Head of Dental, you will be responsible for strategically leading the GSK Consumer Healthcare Expert Sales Dental Detailing business. Driving expert recommendation on key GSK brands through a trained detailing sales force, whilst delivering against agreed annual business plan and sales targets.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify, develop, and implement the annual Expert Dental detailing Channel plan to deliver GSK’s agreed sales, profit, distribution, pricing, and promotional targets with key customers.
    • Responsible for delivering the annual trading profit of assigned brand portfolio through the effective management of P&L; managing promotional, sales & overhead costs against sales revenue generated.

    • Recruit, develop and lead the Dental team, providing coaching and development. Ensuring GSK’s people agenda is firmly embedded within the channel team and driving adherence to GSK’s policies and procedures in terms of risk management.
    • Develop annual scorecard to monitor channel’s progress against the delivery of annual business plans, identifying any risks or issues & implement corrective action where appropriate, to achieve the sales, profit, distribution, recommendation, pricing, and promotional targets.

    QSC Compliance Manager

    In this role you will…

    • Liaises with the relevant stakeholders in the Quality Supply Chain function wrt QMS & GMP matters, strategies and objectives
    • Ensures implementation of quality standards and processes on Site and ensures that revised policies and procedures are communicated to responsible persons accordingly. The evaluation of procedures and the supporting capabilities to be done periodically to identify hidden risks or nonconformance issues.
    • Ensures effective process for the identification, monitoring and resolution of all risks related to the QSC function and risks impacting on product quality, safety & efficacy as well as risks impacting on compliance, QMS, GMP systems.
    • Promote GMP culture and good practices to the Warehouse & Distribution function that support the implementation and sustainability of cGMP.
    • Supports implementation of new and existing EHS Policy and assists with the compliance wrt EHS standards and guidelines on site.
    • Ensures staff are trained to fulfill functions to requisite high standards in accordance with agreed training needs analyses.
    • Manages staff in accordance with BCEA, LRA, EE Plan, Grievance and Disciplinary Code and GSK managerial standards.
    • Inputs into the annual QSC budget and capital spend.
    • Identifies CAPEX requirements.
    • Ensures departmental processes are continually improved -e.g., using GPS principles to drive performance.
    • Ensure that control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines, SOPs and internal policies. Thereby ensuring corrective and preventative actions are executed against committed timelines to resolve.
    • Ensure that the QSC functions adhere to its internal control framework commitments and that further controls are put in place to proactively avoid risk.
    • Management monitoring across all QSC vendor engagements and critical processes, ensuring and measuring those deliverables are achieved as committed.

    The Quality Supply Chain Compliance Lead would report into the Customer Service & Logistics portfolio, working alongside the logistics lead, Inventory Controller, Customer Service Lead and the Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will be expected to work on site at the LSP’s facility (Logistics Service Provider) based in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.

    Qualifications & Skills: 

    • Finance,Auditing or Supply Chain qualifications. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment especially production and Lab experience.
    • Managerial experience and interaction with various groups e.g., suppliers, regulators, commercial teams and other internal departments within the business.
    • Knowledge of QMS, GMPs, SAHPRA, MHRA, EU and other regulatory requirements.
