Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development or a related field.
- Approximately 3–5 years’ relevant HR generalist/consulting experience.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Sound experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment and organisational development.
- Experience working with HR systems and workforce reporting would be advantageous.
