Purpose of the job:

Responsibilities:

• Technical support/Trouble shooting

• System maintenance – attend to breakdowns and general plant maintenance.

Qualification Requirements    

• Matric N2

Experience Requirements    

• 1 years’ experience in a production factory
• 2 years’ experience as an artisan assistant will be an added advantage

Other Requirements:

• Factory environment – hot and noisy

Experience Requirements    

• 3-5 years Millwright experience.

Purpose of the job:         

Execute the Planned preventive Maintenance system, scheduling all work on job card system.  Maintain the computerized maintenance program.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance admin tasks related to Maintenance HSE, FSSC and reporting
• Plan and schedule periodic maintenance on maintenance system
• Plan purchasing of specific parts with Buyer and/or storeman
• Prepare work orders for Maintenance shutdown
• Close out all job cards on the system
• Provide data for decision making from maintenance system

Qualification Requirements    

• Grade 12 with strong numerical and MS Office basic skill level
• Artisan Qualification is advantageous.

Experience Requirements    

• Knowledge and experience on CWork system is an added advantage
• Stores, planned maintenance qualifications will receive priority
• 3-5 Years’ experience in planned Maintenance systems
• Knowledge of Milling equipment/parts is advantageous
• Clear understanding of maintenance in factory environments

Purpose of the job:     

• To maintain the overall effectiveness of equipment and packing equipment on sites. Including electrical and mechanical support

Responsibilities:

• Safety management:Adhering to all PPE, safety requirements, safe operating procedures and work instructions. Attending of safety training and committee meetings, induction, medical examinations, and safety talks.
• Maintenance Support: Completion of all electrical/mechanical breakdown,Planned and preventative maintenance duties, Preventative inspections (Infrared Scanning, bearing temperature) and reporting defects on machines and Installation of new equipment and ability to interpreted electrical drawings, a must.
• Maintenance Management: Maintaining availability of the packaging machines and execution of task according to standards. Controlling of job execution times and Planning of the work order spares and determining the scope.
• Administration: Capturing feedback and time data on all completed work orders, the completion of necessary inspection of reports and Healthy and Safety Appointees.
• Housekeeping and other functions: Regular housekeeping and maintenance of machines to required standard (Maintaining Power factor, machines and Electrical panels)

Qualification Requirements    

Matric

• Apprenticeship trained Electrician with a very sound Mechanical background.
• Trade tested (Dept. of Labour) (Red Seal) with a minimum of N3 in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements    

• Minimum of 5-7 years in relevant trade (Milling environment – added advantage).
• Experience working on PLC and Scada systems.
• Knowledge of Variable frequency drives installation and fault finding.
• Mechanical experience which must include shaft alignment, motor overhaul, installation heavy of equipment.
• Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
