    Client Services Consultant : QA - GPAF

    Job purpose

    • The primary purpose of the Client Service Consultant is to process Claims on the Lisp Platform, including Discretionary claims, Withdrawal claims, Retirement claims and Savings withdrawal claims.

    Key Outcome

    • Maintain control of work on hand daily to ensure all transactions are actioned within turnaround time.

    Processes and service reporting

    • All tasks allocated are processed within standard SLA as per the relevant procedures.
    • Closing of tasks within TAT, with all relevant documents attached, attaching all documents to the relevant folders.
    • Loading and Authoring Claims (incl switches) per the relevant procedures.
    • Accurate use of D365, statuses & notes
    • Adherence to all internal protocols on administration.
    • Recording Errors to identify training Needs and to prevent future errors
    • Guiding and supporting peers with ongoing training of new staff and other areas as required by the business.
    • Ensure that all emails coming to the mailboxes are attended to.
    • Act to ensure that both proactive & reactive communication is accurate, comprehensible, recipient friendly, on time, thorough and adheres to client service standards

    • Ensure that queries are acknowledged and responded to accurately and within agreed time
    • Upskill the team to be able to handle queries
    • Manage complex queries, and resolve escalated queries

    Qualifications and experience

    • Grade 12
    • Having achieved or studying towards a relevant Degree/ Tertiary Qualification and/or Post Graduate qualification advantageous
    • 5 years administration experience
    • Compass/D365 an advantage

    What will you do?

    • To provide and deliver an effective and comprehensive administrative support service to the management team, as well as fulfil a first-line client interaction point function.     Group Compliance Analyst

    What will you do?

    • Assist and support the Group Compliance Office in effectively implementing the Group compliance monitoring program across the organisation, business and clusters.
    • Responsible for ensuring continuous monitoring of key compliance areas such as, but not limited to, regulatory compliance, financial crime compliance and market conduct. Responsible for ensuring the businesses and clusters have compliance monitoring plans that effectively address key compliance risks.

    Risk Governance: 

    • Responsible for drafting and implementing the Group compliance monitoring plan across the business and clusters.
    • Responsible for ensuring the business and cluster compliance monitoring plan are in place and conducting assurance checks effectiveness thereof.
    • Review compliance policies, processes and procedures to ensure they meet expectations including regulatory requirements.
    • Provide second line monitoring and testing of compliance risks.
    • Responsible for implementing and enforcing the organisation's or business units' compliance program. Maintains awareness of regulatory framework and specific obligations within Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act, code of conduct, and requirements.
    • Consults on an on-going basis with operational managers to ensure conformance with applicable laws and regulations covering various compliance risks nationally and abroad.
    • Ensures compliance with and oversight of ongoing statutory regulatory requirements. This responsibility includes monitoring and validation of investor files, technical and documentary support to investor teams, updating of operational procedures and participation in compliance committees.  
    • Provide support to the business through the SME on compliance monitoring.

    • Experience in Insurance, Asset Management, and Investments an advantage.

    Training Consultant (PG 10/11): SanlamConnect: People & Culture: Academy: Sanlynn

    What will you do?

    • This is a specialist role, responsible for delivery of training (presenting sales, legal technical, skills and product related programmes and short courses) to Sanlam intermediaries (Brokers and Advisers) and sales and support staff of Sanlam Connect.

    Pre-course training administration

    • Support training assistants to deliver on training, scheduling, materials, logistical arrangements etc.

    What will you do?

    • The primary focus of the position is to work with brokers being the interface between them and Sanlam to reach business objectives in a dynamic, innovative and high performance business.
    • The E-Hub Consultants only service brokers via non face to face mediums using phone, email and a web-based applications. Thus an electronic based servicing model is utilised.
