    Regional Manager - Staffing/TES

    You will be responsible for:


    • Achieve company financial hurdle rates in line with the regional budget 
    • Develop, implement and drive the regional sales strategy in line with the company strategy to increase revenue and profit 
    • Execute the regional industry sector strategy in order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage
    • Meet and exceed regional targets in line with the business units’ strategy and budget
    • Grow national and regional corporate client base 


    • Grow the business regionally in line with group strategy  
    • Structure and close deals 
    • Represent the company at company negotiations – client or government, to secure the most effective costs

    Operational Management:

    • Oversee and manage the regional branches / satellite offices 
    • Work with cross functional teams including finance, marketing, operations and human resources departments

    Projects and Innovation: 

    • Finding smart, better ways every day to disrupt the market 
    • Stay abreast with customer trends and insights within the Regional industry / sector 
    • Implement new Technology within the region (delivery methods) 
    • Customer experience 
    • Implement new products within the region (innovate new customer needs)


    • Manage the costs of the region effectively
    • Manage the regional monthly and annual Profit and Loss (P&L) (budget)


    • Ensure customer retention by servicing and visiting existing clients with the aim to extend and explore potential new business
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners 

    People Management: 

    • Lead, support and manage regional staff - championing an effective talent strategy through succession management, career management, performance management and leadership management
    • Lead culture in line with the organisation’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) 
    • Manage regional staff disciplinary or poor performance processes and procedures 
    • Motivate employee performance (mastery, purpose and autonomy) 



    • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the staffing and temporary employee services industry
    • Relevant Undergraduate Degree
    • Postgraduate Degree would be advantageous
    • Comprehensive understanding of labour legislation
    • Preferably based in East London or Port Elizabeth
    • Proven management experience
    • Financial acumen (budgeting/reporting) 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Advanced level)
    • Valid driver’s license

    BI Consultant - QlikView


    • Providing billable professional services to Customers in developing applications leveraging industry best practices.
    • Managing activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations.
    • Becoming a Multi-Qlik Product expert in its features, benefits and application.
    • Communicating via In Person, Phone, Email, and Web meetings with customers assisting and guiding them through the design, development, implementation and deployment process of applications.
    • Driving all aspects of successful implementations from requirements and design to mentoring and delivery.
    • Generating Discovery meetings and document final solutions for customers and provide Knowledge transfers.
    • Providing product feedback to Product Management.
    • Playing an active role in the sales process providing technical support.
    • Analysing customer requirements and develop proposals of technical solutions.
    • Providing onsite customer mentoring and professional services.



    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Business level English mandatory
    • 5+ years’ experience of software implementation.
    • Multiple years of experience with QlikView or QlikSense.
    • Must be willing to learn and adapt to new features and functionality with evolving products.
    • Comfortable working in Agile development environments.
    • Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to exceptional customer support.
    • Strong hands-on experience with relational databases and data modeling.
    • Experience of BI tools and/or enterprise-type (ERP, CRM) applications.
    • Experience developing web-based apps with complex JavaScript interaction with web services is preferred.
    • Responsive web development experience (Bootstrap, Foundation, media queries, etc.)
    • AngularJS experience or equivalent JS frameworks
    • Understanding of wireframing, UX design or UI patterns
    • Experience with QlikView or QlikSense is preferred, though we are willing to train the right consultants with our technology. BI platform experience outside of Qlik is relevant as well.
    • Source code versioning/control systems, code branching and merging practices.
    • Must be able to travel 80-100% of the time - required
