Job Purpose:

• Marketing and promoting iMasFinance Value Proposition and product offerings to existing and potential Employer Groups / Partner Companies / Stakeholder Organizations
• The implementation of our Employer Group relationship, marketing and communication strategy in and around  Eastern Cape Province.

Job Outputs:

• Ensure the implementation of marketing plans within Employer Groups
• Create industry awareness and unlock business opportunities
• Assist with the development and implementation of effective marketing and leads generation strategies and relationship management
• Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Employer Groups and other relevant stakeholders to ensure generation of sales for iMasFinance and iMasInsurance business
• Implement strategies that will ensure market penetration at existing companies
• Promote alternative channels and digital enablement within Employer Groups for service delivery
• Organize, prepare and execute Wellness days, Financial Awareness training, Presentations and Meetings with Employer Groups and Unions
• Create innovative client engagement opportunities
• Successful roll-out and  implementation of new Employer Groups
• Update and maintain client data on the Customer Relations Management System

Qualifications:

•  Matric (Languages/Accounting/ Mathematics) : Essential
•  Diploma / Degree qualification in marketing, corporate communications or public relations: Recommended

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years’ applicable experience in a financing or banking environment
• 3 to 5 years Marketing/Public Relations & Sales

Knowledge and Skills:

• Code 8 driver’s license
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Marketing and Sales skills
• Understanding of Industry, our Competitors and Target Market
• Financial Products knowledge
• Relationship building and stakeholder relations management
• Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Multilingualism (ability to communicate in multiple / diverse South African Official Languages)
• Willingness to travel and  out of hours availability

Job Purpose:

We are looking for vibrant, well-spoken and target driven individuals who are passionate about delivering superior customer service, to sell Short term Insurance products to existing and potential members. We offer a fixed cost to company as well as a lucrative monthly commission module. 

Job Outputs:

• Timeous follow up on leads
• Delivering quotes and sales via an outbound process
• Quote existing and new members
• Convert quotations to sales, in line with the minimum monthly targets
• Contact potential members and underwrite policies

Qualifications:

• Matric/Grade 12 
• RE 5 certificate
• FAIS credits on NQF level 4, as legislatively required

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year outbound Telesales experience
• Minimum 6 months’ Short-term insurance experience
