    Warehouse Manager - Durban

    Your Role & Responsibilities

    • Leadership, Management & Development of Warehousing personnel
    • Ongoing development and improvement of Warehousing and Internal material supply in line with WM/Logistics KPI’s/KFA’s and the MAHLE Production System
    • Development and maintenance of Best in Class HSE & 5S Standards as well as the implementation of continuous improvement and problem-solving methods across warehousing and internal material supply activities.
    • Effective management of all internal and external Warehousing operational requirements, including consumable stores, packaging, raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
    • Project Management of strategic or CIP projects
    • Data analysis and management reporting to drive problem solving and CI.

    Your Skills & Strengths

    • Tertiary qualification in Warehousing/Logistics would be advantageous.
    • Previous experience in Warehousing/Logistics advantageous.
    • Management experience is essential.
    • SAP knowledge (especially WM) would be highly advantageous.
    • Customs/Export Shipping knowledge would be advantageous.
    • Demonstratable understanding of lean manufacturing principles advantageous

    Payroll Controller - Durban

    Your Role & Responsibilities

    The main duties of this position will include:

    • Payroll administration and processing
    • Statutory submissions
    • Payment Reconciliations to Finance
    • MIBCO online returns

    Your Skills & Strengths

    • Matric and relevant payroll qualification or similar
    • Payroll administration – 2years experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Knowledge and experience of SAP payroll software
    • Advanced Excel and Word experience.
    • Knowledge of SARS recons and tax calculations

    Competencies

    • Maintain complete confidentiality.
    • Deadline driven.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Systematic and organized in approach.
    • High numeracy skills
    • Understanding of laws relating to payroll administration
    • Effective in dealing with staff at various levels in the organization.
    • Good attendance record – Good Timekeeping
    • To work independently without supervision
    • Ability to work and communicate in a team – team player.
    • Ability to prioritize workload.
