Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the owners’ calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
• Act as the first point of contact, screening and managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Organize and prioritize incoming requests and handle them appropriately.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Conduct research and gather information as required for various projects or tasks.
• Handle personal errands and tasks, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
• Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external contacts on behalf of the owners.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Any other reasonable tasks that the employer may request from time to time.
• The employee will be employed on a probation basis for the first 3 months of employment to determine whether he/she possesses the necessary skills, personality, and motivation to perform the tasks to a satisfactory level.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities.

• Degree or National Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or related
• 10 years minimum in Logistics with at least 5 years in a Senior Executive role
• Strong knowledge of managing an assembly plant - in automotive a definite advantage
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading a function and team
• Sound working experience and knowledge of importing, customs and transportation.

About the job:.

• Commissioning and installation of new machinery.
• Monitor lines at start-up
• Adjustments to ultra-sonic welding machines
• Attend to jobs allocated on maintenance requisition
• Plan/preventative maintenance to Ultra Sonic Welding and other machines.
• Booking out of spare parts used
• Recording of planned/preventative and time spent on shift

Qualifications & Experience:

• Senior certificate or equivalent required
• Qualified Millwright with Trade Test
• Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting experience
• 3-5 Years of Millwright Experience
• Driver’s licenses required
