Duties:

• Full care of the baby, changing baby, feeding baby, playing with baby, putting baby down for nap

Requirements:

• Preferably someone young or at least fit as baby is energetic and heavy, English first language, own transport a must, experience with babies
• Salary: R120 - R150 per hour plus SARS Rates (R4.64) per km

Special Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience driving, recent experience working as an Aupair, not older than 30.
• Personality type must be patient but energetic as the kids are quite active and move around a lot.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/COO, managing calendars, emails, and appointments.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring efficient use of the executives time.
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality and ensuring that each engagement helps the individual or team to feel valued
• Assist with Community Management including social media, newsletters and customer support as needed
• Conduct research and compile information on relevant industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
• Assist in organizing company events and functions.
• Manage communication flow, responding to inquiries on behalf of the executives as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of important meetings and projects.
• Take responsibility for delivery of special projects for executives
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Office management including ensuring lunch is available as needed by the team. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in business and marketing preferred.
• Excel skills must be proficient (eg lookup tables and formulae)
