    Workplace Support Engineer - Bedfordview

    Purpose of the role:

    • To provide first and second level workplace support services on a campus to students and employees (hardware / telecommunication / classroom technology support / servers / mobile support / printing)

    Minimum Requirements
    Minimum Qualifications:

    Relevant tertiary IT qualification e.g. Microsoft certified professional (MCP) and A+ certification and N+ certification, AZURE Fundamentals.

    Experience:

    • At least two years’ experience in a similar role (junior)
    • AZURE Fundamentals

    Duties and Responsibilities
    As the Workplace Support Engineer you will be responsible for:

    • Support - build, configure, install and maintain both standard and non-standard hardware and software
    • Perform project responsibilities as and when required e.g. roll out of new software and hardware technologies
    • User training
    • Manage the service delivery of outsourced technology partners
    • Office-move assistance (on and between campuses)
    • Maintain active directory for students and employees (account management)
    • Ensure system and data security on devices (mobile) – device encryption

    Psychology Lecturer

    Purpose:

    • To lecture Humanities-related modules, in the faculty on a part-time (contractual) basis.
    • To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.

    Minimum Requirements
    Minimum qualifications required:

    • Honours in Psychology (with the ability to teach Abnormal Psychology and Individual Therapy)
