KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and pain points, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and retention and drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Responsible for reporting and presenting product results

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Proven work experience in product management, associate product manager or business analyst
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively present and communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Have a passion for financial services and technology
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties will include but will not be limited to assisting the CoE department with:

• Participate in Salesforce training programs to build a solid foundation in CRM concepts and Salesforce technology.
• Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
• Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce-related issues.
• Learn and adapt to industry best practices in CRM and Salesforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Exploration and data quality assurance
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing other reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Development, construction, and maintenance of data architectures.

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science Management or Statistics, National Diploma in Information Technology, BEng. 
• 5 years of relevant experience within the field of data engineering/software development.
• Knowledge of core computing concepts like programming and algorithms to build robust data systems.
• Knowledge of application development and working of APIs;
• 3- 4 years of programming
• Proficient in Visualisation
• Cloud tools: (preferably on GCP) : Big Query, Composer/Airflow, AI Platform, Kubernetes, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud (Functions, Scheduler, SQL, Storage), Compute Engine, Monitoring
• Knowledge of the following will be advantageous: Git workflow, Agile management (JIRA, Shortcut, Trello), Slack, CI/CD, Docker, SQL, Python, JavaScript, Google Workspaces, Visualization tools: QlikView / LookerStudio / Grafana
