Salesforce Graduate Intern – 12 Month Contract at Pepkor Speciality

Duties will include but will not be limited to assisting the CoE department with:

• Participate in Salesforce training programs to build a solid foundation in CRM concepts and Salesforce technology.
• Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
• Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce-related issues.
• Learn and adapt to industry best practices in CRM and Salesforce.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or other related fields.
• Strong interest in technology, especially CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and learn quickly.
• High level of motivation and commitment to professional growth.
• No prior Salesforce experience required; this is an entry-level position.
