    E- Commerce Lead

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, E-commerce, or a related field

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in E-Commerce, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
    • Proven track record of driving significant online revenue growth and improving key e-commerce metrics.
    • Extensive experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce, Stock to Shop)
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing).
    • Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, trends, and technologies.
    • Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data interpretation.

    • Relevant certifications in design software (e.g., Adobe Certified Professional) are highly advantageous.
