Qualifications, skills and other requirements:
A Diploma / Degree at NQF Level 7 as recognised by SAQA in Human Resources Management / Public Management and Administration or an equivalent qualification coupled with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Senior Management A Post Graduate Qualification (NQF Level 8) will be an added advantage Valid driver’s license Strong leadership and management practice High level of understanding of human resources, Legal and ICT legislations, policies and practices High level of communication, public speaking, negotiations, people management, strategic thinking and change management skills Commitment to transformation, stakeholder relations and accountability Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the regulation and policy framework for the Public Service. Compliance with the Public Finance Management Act and other government legislations.

Strategic Leadership and Management of the Corporate Services Programme which includes Human Resources, Legal Services and ICT Ensure an organisational culture to improve business performance and service delivery Development and Management of HR policies .Manage relations with applicable stakeholders Ensure internal business excellence within the Corporate Services Programme Implement applicable government policy directives and legislations To develop and implement the HR Strategy aligned to the organisation's objectives Manage the budget of Corporate Services Compile and submit quarterly and annual reports for Corporate Services Serves as a-link between the employer and organised labour.
