    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute TSSSA Material planning and Inventory strategies in coordination with Industrialization and Operations.

    • Analyze Inventory content for correct planning strategies.

    Continuous Improvement Engineer Graduate

    Job Purpose

    • The programme offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in the transport rail manufacturing industry.     Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinates and drives Continuous Improvement initiatives across sites, aligning activities to APSYS standards and roadmaps.
    • Leads 5S deployment, Gemba walks, Kaizen events, and Value Stream Mapping to eliminate process constraints and improve performance.
    • Develops automated performance dashboards, analyzes data, and consolidates REX feedback to strengthen decision-making.
    • Supports layout optimization, lean construction, digitalization, and implementation of best practices across Gibela Services.
    • Monitors maintenance performance, including alignment with PRASA requirements, while facilitating training and employee suggestion programs.
    • Coordinates and drives Continuous Improvement initiatives across sites, aligning activities to APSYS standards and roadmaps.

    • B-Tech/Advanced Diploma/BEngTech: Industrial Engineering
    • No previous work experience
    • South African citizen between 18 and 35 years of age
    • Excellent communicate skills in English
