Job Description

• Designing of Business Cards, Pamphlets, Logo’s, Advertising, Branding

• Marketing

• Web designing

• Creating of information booklets and Banners and printing of booklets and banners for overseas events and shows

• Liaising with specific departments to determine their requirements and needs.

• Managing proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production

• Briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales

• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites

• Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size

• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief

• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required

• Liaising with printing companies on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

• Design and layout of expos’ and events

Project Management

• Projects are completed timeously and on the given due date

• Projects are communicated to all required depts for review              

• Projects are reworked timeously 

• Projects are signed off correctly & filed on drive

Standard Compliance

• Instructions - Able to follow given brief verbal, written.etc                                                 

• Able to handle effective critism and rework according to the requirements   

• Ability to Follow  procedures  & processes

• Work supplied meets requirements and specs requested.  

• Packaging design mockups and prints are created for review

Qualifications

• Matric

• 2-4 years’ experience as Graphic Designer (send small portfolio with CV)

• Good knowledge of design software, such as Quark Xpress, InDesign or Illustrator, plus photo-editing software such as Photoshop.

Job Description

1. Monthly reporting to Financial Manager and General Manager

2. Constant focusing on the reduction of aged debt

3. Ensure that the company’s cash flow is maximised through debt collection and minimisation of risk.

4. Maintain Debtors data base on SAP Business 1 by setting up term codes, updating customer contact details, ensuring uniformity in customer naming conventions, linking customer accounts to account groups, and confirming accuracy of beneficiary banking details

5. Ensure the creation of SAP system reports to aid management of debtors and identify discrepancies for urgent attention

6. Ensure that correct billing occurs and that all discrepancies and irregularities are analysed and rectified

7. Process credit notes once a complete investigation has been conducted

8. Monthly accounts reconciliation reports

9. Ensure optimum team in place:

• Provide development input and opportunities with the requisite feedback and coaching

• Provide leadership and motivating environment

10.  Leadership:

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting

• Debtor's management with retail experience specifically Massmart, JD group, Takealot.

• Experience building robust business processes for the management of debtors

• 5 years’ experience in similar position

• Experience with customer contracts with complex rebate structures

• Must be proficient with SAP B1

• Ability to compile audit packs for the debtors cycle

• Ability to negotiate and track adherence to trading terms             

• Results driven

• Comfortable presenting at management board meetings

• Strong leadership and coaching of direct reports

• Big picture thinking

• Advanced Excel

Company Description

Job Description

1.      Monthly income statement and performance reporting in Management Meeting

2.      Aged stock analysis report.

3.      Debtors and Creditors Aging and management

4.      Reviews and manage stock movement on SAP.

5.      Cash flow  

6.      Calculate and maintain all billings from clients.

7.      Be in charge of big clients. Example – JD Group and TakeAlot.

8.      Maintain and understand trading agreements and that correct agreements apply.

9.      Supplier account management

10.   Arrange stock takes of all warehouses and report on findings.

11.   Enable to do VAT calculation and reconciliation of input and output tax. Capture on SAP

12.   Do Salary payments and calculate and capture EMP201.

13.   Maintain FAR

14.   Calculate and maintain Commissions and KPI’s

15.   Know how to set up the business processes, including company operational procedures for each department and audit compliance.

16.   Manage a team of 2 supervisors and 2 clerks.

17.   Must be active hands-on Financial Manager.

Qualifications

1.     Must have proper accounting academic qualification 

2.     Must have five years management experience

3.     Dealing with chain store will have an advantage.

4.     Must have retail experience

5.     SAP knowledge

6.     Excellent in Excel
