    IT Asset and Configuration Manager

    Key Performance AreaPerformance Outputs

    Configuration

    • Assist in ensuring that CIs are identified, accounted, reported, verified and audited.
    • Conduct all configuration management database changes which directly or indirectly impacts production services.
    • Ensure knowledge of the end-to-end implications of configuration changes and communicate such implications as appropriate to the other key service management process.
    • Ensure strict controls are in place for all configuration items and only authorised changes are made for all assets within enterprise IT environment.

    Asset Management

    • Ensure that an up-to-date asset inventory for all technology assets is maintained and only authorised components are used.
    • Identify and manage all IT assets and IT asset maintenance.
    • Ensure IT Asset register visibility and on going maintenance.
    • Establish and monitor quality controls supporting the IT Asset management processes and associated sub processes.
    • Respond to IT Asset and configuration information inquiries ensuring information is delivered timely and accurate.
    • Ensure regular asset useful life adjustment and implementation of asset disposal.

    Process Management

    • Participates in assessment of existing processes.
    • Participate in development of target state use cases, functional specifications and reports requirements.

    Compliance and Risk Management

    • Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
    • Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
    • Ensure remedial actions are implemented timeously to address non-conformances.
    • Ensure effective and regular communication of new statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures to ensure full awareness amongst stakeholders.
    • Manage the protection of intellectual property rights in asset management.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Provide technical / professional support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional and organisational objectives.
    • Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships (government, authorities and agencies) to ensure achievement of organisational goals.
    • Implement remedial actions where required.

    Financial Management

    • Assists in annual forecast activities of associated expense components

    Car Park Attendant.INT ORT.Airport Operations (Airport Management)(P70001)

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Supervisor Car Park, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Patrol Car Park areas in order to monitor functionality and cleanliness of car park equipment and report non-compliance.
    • Follow up on all reported non-compliance to ensure remedial action has been taken.
    • Notify relevant personnel in case of emergencies occurrences.
    • Participate in ad hoc services as and when required.
    • Ensure proper handover to next shift to limit disruptions.
    • Investigation of customer related queries and escalate as and when required.
    • Replenish change at pay stations as and when required.

    Key Performance Output

    • Develop Project Charter describing the high-level business problem to be addressed, the project requirements, purpose of the project, the way the project will be structured as well as key success factors for implementation

    Key Performance Output

    Key Performance Output:

    The successful candidate reporting to the Manager Mechanical Maintenance will be responsible for:

    • 6 years’ Operational experience in Engineering and Contract Management.
    • 3 years’ Stakeholder Management experience.
    • 1-year Operational experience in an airport environment is recommended.
    • Registration and membership of ECSA and SAIME recommended.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Code 8 driver’s license is essential.
