    PMO Reporting Analyst

    Purpose of the role: 

    • At Collinson International Ltd (CIL), the largest operating company within the Collinson Group, we have a powerful vision: To be a strategic partner to the leading payment networks, issuers and travel companies. Driving customer engagement and incremental value through the world's most valued travel ecosystem.
    • Whilst we have had a lot of success over the past 10 years, and have grown exponentially, we need to make changes to the way we work if we’re going to achieve this vision. With that in mind, we are embarking on our biggest ever period of transformation - investing time and money to connect consumers, our clients and our partners to each other, and to the elevated experiences they want and expect from us.
    • As part of this, we are establishing a new Transformation team and require a TMO Portfolio reporting analyst to support in the delivery of key initiatives.
    • The primary purpose of the TMO Portfolio Reporting Analyst is to ensure that stakeholders within the CIL organisation have an accurate and updated view of the transformation portfolio and strategic initiatives at any given time. 

    This includes:

    • Gathering information on how project, programme and product initiatives map to the different lifecycle steps (from Idea to Delivery to Close)
    • Providing consistent information about the scope, team, timelines and costs of each initiative
    • Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure there’s up-to-date status reporting on each initiative in the portfolio
    • Acting as the custodian of portfolio data and structuring it in a way that supports insight generation and interrogation
    • Creating ad-hoc insights and reports to support the decision making of the Transformation team and wider CIL leadership.

    Main accountabilities:

    • Generate reports and manage report templates
    • Collects, organizes, and compiles data into a series of reports that are distributed on a timely basis to transformation leadership and CIL LT
    • Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards
    • Recommends effective ways of structuring the data in different views to enable leadership strategic decision making
    • Monitor report completion for accuracy and consistency of data
    • Support the Transformation leadership team with the preparation of updates and management reporting packs
    • Build relationships and collaboration
    • Build strong relationships with portfolio and product stakeholders across CIL (and TCG) in order to create timely and accurate reports
    • Support product and project managers in the execution of projects by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

    • Analyse portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Training and Support
    • Provide guidance and support to teams on how to provide updates and efficiently make use of existing reports, apply filters, and slice the data.

    Knowledge, skills & experience:

    • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to edit text into concise language appropriate for reports and presentations
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver reports according to requirements and strict deadlines.
    • Strong skills in graphical presentation of data with specific knowledge of and experience with databases; computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.).

    Technical Project Manager

    Purpose of the role

    • We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to assist in the delivery and management of technical projects within our product and platform teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help achieve project goals, meet quality standards, and support customer and business objectives. Experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies is highly desirable

    Main Accountabilities

    • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and help create project plans.
    • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed, especially within an Agile framework.
    • Facilitate scum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning and sprint reviews / demos
    • Help manage project budgets and resources, including personnel and technology costs.

    Personal Requirements of the Role

    • 3-5 years of project management in an agile environment 
    • Experience delivering projects in one or multiple technical fields, such as software development, cloud, digital, data. 
    • Experience using Jira and other product and engineering management tools 
    • Project management certification would be a plus Skills and Capabilities: (aligned to the skills and capabilities framework of the role and level) 
    • Demonstrable understanding of agile project management principles, including planning, executing, and closing projects. 
    • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile environments. 
    • Familiarity with technical fields such as software development, cloud, or data is a plus.

    Treasury Analyst

    Purpose of the Job

    • This role gives the individual extensive Treasury exposure to the global Group. Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, this role will support the group in the management of the operational treasury activities. This will include supporting the management of liquidity, foreign exchange, cross currency swaps, investments, debt and treasury technology.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Global cash management for purposes of cash visibility and forecast planning. This will include the weekly cash position report of global cash balances.
    • Global daily cash and FX management which will include trading FX transactions with approved banking partners.
    • Investigate any cash management issues as and when required for internal and external support.
    • Cash concentration and funding of Collinson entities as and when required including daily cash pool reconciliation.
    • Ensure timely settlement of Treasury related transactions within a controlled environment.
    • Reconciling daily cash variances for the Treasury entity.
    • Run the Global intercompany monthly netting program.
    • Distribution of foreign exchange rates and interest rates used across the Group by finance and non-finance teams.
    • Interaction with key Banking partners for bank related matters such as payments.
    • Maintenance and recording of all Treasury related transactions (funding, deposits, investments, FX trades) including drawing down or repaying against the Group’s credit facilities where appropriate.
