Qualifications:

• Good experience in Cloud Engineering with a strong focus on Azure and/or AWS.

About the Role

About the Job:

• The Accounting Senior Analyst performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements. This role ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles. The analyst provides financial support, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variations from budget, and contributes to process improvements.

Duties:

• Prepare and maintain ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and capital expenditure schedules. Record, analyze, and report accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
• Provide financial support including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing budget variations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure month-end journals are processed for management accounts preparation.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and half-year general ledger reconciliations. Review and reconcile accruals monthly until year-end.
• Ensure VAT procedures are adhered to, including closing tax periods and reconciling VAT accounts.
• Complete and submit VAT returns via e-filing and process payments via online banking.

Qualifications:

About the role

• The PST Support Consultant role is dedicated to supporting the users on our range of Business Software Solutions products.  The goal of the PST Support Consultant is to take ownership of our clients’ software problems and resolve them fast and effectively.  The management of all support requests with the goal of ensuring that all issues are resolved with a minimum number of calls requiring handover or escalation thereby ensuring customer and management satisfaction.
