    Finance Data Project Lead

    • A well-established London-based firm specializing in corporate finance, tax, and accounting is seeking the above to be responsible for overseeing the continuous implementation and optimization of accounting and financial systems across multiple projects, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate data migration, and effective collaboration between finance, IT, and operational teams.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Business Management
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting is highly advantageous
    • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly advantageous
    • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in financial system implementation or accounting process transformation
    • Must have a strong understanding of accounting principles, chart of accounts structures, and financial reporting frameworks
    • Demonstrated success managing software rollouts in professional services or financial environments
    • Proficiency in leading platforms such as Sage Intacct, Xero, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Business Central, or SAP Business One

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Planning, managing, and delivering end-to-end implementation of accounting and financial systems across multiple projects.
    • Collaborating with partners, accountants, and IT teams to assess requirements, define workflows, and tailor systems to operational needs.
    • Leading system migration efforts — including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
    • Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with structured reporting to stakeholders.
    • Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and training for staff to ensure confident adoption.
    • Developing process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and post-implementation support plans.
    • Identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and efficiency improvements within accounting workflows.
    • Liaising with software vendors and consultants for customization, technical support, and system upgrades.

    Supplier Relationship Manager

    • A well-established fresh produce wholesaler and marketing company is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to be responsible for overseeing and expanding supplier and farmer relationships, managing product supply, orders, logistics, and identifying new sales opportunities.

    Minimum requirements for the role:
    Some qualifications would be preferred but not necessary

    • Minimum 3 years’ working experience is beneficial
    • A farming background or experience in agriculture is advantageous
    • Network of fruit and vegetable producers or suppliers would be beneficial

    Maintenance Technician

    • An established, leading South African pork producer is seeking the above to be responsible for overseeing and performing mechanical and electrical maintenance, managing the maintenance team, ensuring smooth plant operations, and maintaining compliance, safety, and equipment readiness.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a Diploma or Trade in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar
    • Proven mechanical and electrical proficiency with extensive experience in general and electrical maintenance
    • Strong balance between hands-on technical work and administrative duties
    • Demonstrated leadership and team-management skills with the ability to drive precision and accountability
    • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability
    • Proactive approach to maintenance and contingency planning
    • Fully computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (essential for 24-hour callouts)
    • Willingness and ability to be on standby and work after hours, weekends, and public holidays when required

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Overseeing and performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on all plant equipment.
    • Managing a comprehensive job card system, including planned maintenance, emergency breakdowns, after-hours callouts, and shutdown scheduling.
    • Leading, supervising, and physically following up on a maintenance team to ensure tasks are being completed on time and to the required quality standard.
    • Taking full responsibility for the upkeep and optimal running of slaughter lines and automated systems, all slaughter line equipment, vehicles and mobile equipment, buildings and facilities, water and electrical infrastructure, effluent management systems, and refrigeration and cold-chain systems.
    • Implementing proactive and preventative maintenance strategies.
    • Maintaining exceptional stock control of critical spares and ensuring availability of parts at all times.
    • Producing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for management.
    • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food-safety standards at all times.
