    Account Manager Yuppiechef

    Job Description
    Who we are and who we’re looking for

    • Yuppiechef is South Africa's premier kitchen and homeware store.     • The success of our product range depends upon us building strong, trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers, and maximising the value that our owned channels can create for us and them.
    • We're looking for an Account Manager who proposes the right campaigns for the right supplier, and collaborates with the Buying, Planning and Marketing teams to bring their campaigns to life.

    Responsibilities
    What your role looks like

    The Account Manager role focuses on maximising supplier marketing income. Trusting and mutually beneficial relationships need to be built and maintained with key, investing suppliers, supported by campaigns that effectively meet their objectives. Practically, this looks like:

    • Sales of advertising packages: Helping co-ordinate the annual rate card, working with Buyers to target potential investing suppliers, and proposing effective campaign plans.
    • Relationship management: Representing Yuppiechef Marketing professionally to supplier partners, and managing expectations clearly and positively.
    • Campaign management: Engaging with suppliers to clarify their objectives, and then crafting creative briefs and collaborating within the Marketing team (Creative, Paid Media, Social Media, Production)  and Visual Merchandising and Store teams to oversee and approve campaign roll-outs
    • Reporting and feedback: Optimising reporting templates, sourcing and analysing data vs KPIs, and developing narratives for sharing results

    Who you’ll be working with

    • You will be working in close collaboration with the broader Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams (including Buying & Planning). You will also interact with the Tech, Finance, and Store Operations teams. We work hard, communicate openly, moving on ideas quickly, keeping to deadlines.

    What experience and skills you need for the role

    Qualifications:

    • Required: A Marketing-related tertiary qualification

    Experience:

    • Required: 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Client account management within an agency environment, ideally on retail accounts
    • Briefing and approval of creative campaigns
    • Social media affinity
    • Familiarity with marketing and ecommerce metrics and reporting/data analytics
    • Beneficial knowledge: Google Analytics, omnichannel retail

    Personal skills: 

    • Excellent verbal and written skills (English) 
    • An ability to manage your own time and deliverables 
    • Resilient to changes in workload and shifting priorities

    Job Description

    • As a Property Project Manager, you will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of large, complex projects within set timelines and budget.

    Responsibilities

    • Proven track record of Initiation of large-scale projects, ability to understand drawings, understanding of the different scope of works.
    • Planning which will include, creating budget and project timelines, allocation of resources, manage budget and risk.
    • Execution – support and direct teams, monitor & report on project progress, facilitate issue resolution, ensure financial obligations are met and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to manage complex builds and technical knowledge across various scope of works and ability to provide technical support to others

    Qualifications

    • Tertiary Qualification in Project Management or related
    • Minimum of 8-10 Years’ experience in Project Management within the Fashion retail industry
    • Operations experience is considered advantageous
    • Driver’s license and own vehicle, as the role requires the ability to travel
    • MS Office skills – namely Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
    • Understanding the different scope of works related to store build

    IT Support Technician Temp Position Mr Price Group

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Temporary IT Support Tech to be a helping hand to our Mr Price Group head office users.
    • Our technology support team consists of various personalities that have one main thing in common- their passion for great customer service and their epic troubleshooting skills

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain the End User environment, ensuring device compliance and security
    • Ensure first time resolution of all Incidents logged via the Service Desk within SLA
    • Install software, operating systems and set up equipment for users
    • Be proactive and innovative in the End User environment
    • Identify trending issues and troubleshoot root causes of common or recurring problems
    • Build relationships with users and provide excellent customer service

    Qualifications

    • A reliable personality that can not only support 300+ users comfortably but is also able to build great relationships
    • IT Qualification OR MCSE/A+/N+ Certifications

    Job Description

    • As a Sales Team Leader in a dynamic, multi-campaign call centre environment, you’ll drive team performance, ensure campaign excellence, and translate strategy into results. Reporting to the Team Manager, you’ll lead execution, coach your team, and deliver insights that shape future sales success.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage 3+ concurrent credit sales campaigns.
    • Ensure timely rollout and brand compliance across all campaigns.
    • Monitor KPIs (lead volume, conversion rates, revenue) via CRM tools.
    • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching and track individual performance improvements.
    • Maintain team productivity and quality benchmarks.
    • Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

    Qualifications

    • Strong campaign management and performance tracking skills.
    • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Knowledge of consultative and value-based selling.
    • Strong analytical, coaching, and communication abilities.
    • Familiarity with ethical sales practices and regulatory standards.
