    Finance Administrator: E-Commerce (Western Cape)

    PURPOSE 

    • The Finance Administrator: E-Commerce will support the Ecommerce finance function through the effective reconciliations, exception management and financial reporting. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Reconcile daily transactions for the PEP Online channel between source data and 3rd parties.
    • Reconciliation of POS to bank statements to find and correct missing sales, reconcile monthly ledger balances, and perform general administrative duties in order to finalise month-end.
    • Monitor and manage refunds to online customers.
    • Reconcile daily inventory movements and balances between the ERP system, online store platform and physical dark store stock.
    • Fosters relationships with all stakeholders.
    • Adhoc administrative responsibilities.

    Requirements

    ROLE  REQUIREMENTS 

    • 3 year degree in Finance
    • 3- 5 years experience in a Finance environment 
    • Retail experience is essential 
    • SAP experience will be an advantage
    • Knowledge of banking processes will be an advantage
    • Knowledge of MMS (for internal Dynamos)
    • Telephone etiquette 
    • Good knowledge of inventory processes
    • High Levels of Computer literacy – advanced Excel and Google Workspace (Gmail; Calendar; Sheets, Docs)
    • Previous SAP S4 Hana experience would be an advantage
    • Communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Aptitude to work with figures
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Collate large volumes of data and inputs for strategic decision making

    Store Manager Pep Cell Nquthu Plaza (Kwazulu Natal)

    PURPOSE OF POSITION:

    • Leading a store team to meet business KPIs including driving sales, cost control,  mitigating risks and stock loss, administration and ensuring world class store standards. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Increase sales by focusing on customer service and world-class store standards, maintenance of the store image, stock management and promotional implementation
    • Stock loss is minimised by having a healthy store culture and following security measures, stock and cash handling procedures.
    • Manage cost according to the company low cost culture by driving efficiencies in the store.
    • Ensure administrative duties within the store are done according to the company guidelines.

    Requirements
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 
    • Proficient in English. 
    • Relevant tertiary education - a degree/diploma in a business/retail related field would be an advantage.
    • Ideally 1-2 years experience in a retail environment within a leadership role.
    • Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite - will be an advantage).

    Planner (Cellular) (Northern Suburbs (Cape)

    Description

    • To oversee the cellular planning function via stock management and performance analysis, to optimise the balance between sales, stock levels and profitability   

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Buyers and business partners to develop and manage quarterly forecasts that maximise sales opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyse in-season trends to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.
    • Manage replenishment forecasts and streamline allocation strategies for efficiency.
    • Overseeing product lifecycle management, including product launches, phase-outs and markdowns.
    • Allocating stock effectively to meet customer demand to maximise sales and drive efficiency.

    Requirements
    Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

    • Commercial degree or diploma
    • 2-3 years of Merchandise Planning experience
    • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is essential
    • Strong numerical skills for data analysis and forecasting
    • Ability to analyse data and identify trends
    • Understanding of business principles and commercial awareness.
    • Ability to make sound commercial decisions and manage risk
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying solutions
    • Ability to think conceptually and understand complex systems
    • Knowledge of replenishment planning processes and systems

    Receiving Supervisor (Durban West)

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    • To manage the efficiency of the stock receiving process of the DC.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing the operational performance of the receiving department
    • Liaise with suppliers and buyers regarding all pre- booking and daily booking  and ensure that delivery schedule is updated correctly
    • Check delivery window period on the system and ensure deliveries take place in correct window period
    • Ensure that special instructions/requests are carried out in terms of off- loading process of vehicles, promo parcels and client requests to ensure maximised vehicle utilisation and client satisfaction.
    • Provide leadership and coaching within the receiving department
    • General management of the receiving department, e.g. managing expenses within the allocated budget, facilitating the import damage process/ excesses/ shortages etc.
    • Manage the relationships between the receiving department and stakeholders, e.g. QC, buyers, suppliers etc.
    • Identify operational problems / issues; take action to resolve; and escalate where appropriate 
    • Liaise with stakeholders regarding operational distribution issues (e.g. receiving, storage, QC and admin)  
    • Ad hoc tasks as required

    Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Computer Literacy: G-Suite
    • At least 3 years’ experience within the Distribution Centre environment
    • Knowledge of WMS, preferably Manhattan 
    • Good communication skills; excellent in planning, organising and problem-solving;
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships; high regard for quality and detail
    • A passionate, service orientated team player
