    Store Design Planner (Northern Suburbs (Cape))

    Description

    • Drawing of store Layout plans for municipal approval, and updating and maintaining existing layout plans to the latest internal drawing standards as per SABS & SANS10400.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sourcing information for plans to optimize store layout
    • Store Plans are drawn up according to guidelines and store traits
    • Distribution of schedules and plans to internal and external stakeholders
    • Address queries to ensure plans are implemented accurately
    • General Administration
    • Ad Hoc tasks as required

    Requirements
    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS 

    • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., a Degree/diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology)
    • 2-3 years of related experience
    • SACAP professionally registered would be advantageous
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in council submissions
    • Revit experience will be an advantage
    • Experience in a store planning environment or an architectural environment will be an advantage
    • MS Office or Google Suite
    • Revit/AutoCAD
    • Technical Orientation
    • Competencies required: Accuracy; Dutifulness; Planning;  Creating Support; Situational Awareness; Drive; Flexibility and Stress Resistance.

    Store Manager- PEPHome 5716 Kroonstad (Free State)

    PURPOSE OF POSITION:

    • Leading a store team to meet business KPIs including driving sales, cost control,  mitigating risks and stock loss, administration and ensuring world class store standards. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Increase sales by focusing on customer service and world-class store standards, maintenance of the store image, stock management and promotional implementation
    • Stock loss is minimised by having a healthy store culture and following security measures, stock and cash handling procedures.

    Merchandise Assistant (B4) (Northern Suburbs (Cape))

    Description

    • To coordinate all administrative tasks pertaining to the buying process.  This includes creating and maintaining purchase order information; managing deliveries, ensuring stock arrives timeously; and managing the sample process.
