    Receptionist (B2) 6 Months (Fixed Term Contract) (Northern Suburbs (Cape)

    Description

    • To act as receptionist and switchboard operator for visitors to Central Office, Employees and Pepclo Management. 
    • Handling of visitors 
    • Switchboard operator 
    • Housekeeping of reception area 
    • General duties, including handling of parcels and general deliveries

    Requirements
    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS 

    • Grade 12 
    • 2 years as switchboard operator and/or receptionist 
    • Computer literacy 
    • Interpersonal and social skills 
    • Good communication skills are essential
    • African language will be an advantage 
    • Candidate qualities: Planning and well organised; Punctual, detail-oriented; Conscientious and reliable; Confident and service-oriented. Friendly, helpful & presentable, needs to represent the PEP brand.
