    Employee Relations Specialist

    Job Description    

    • Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join the People & Culture team at CCBA.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    ER and Labour Law

    • Represent CCBA in labour litigation and case management.
    • Support HRBPs in managing disciplinary actions, counselling, grievances, and incapacity.
    • Lead and manage organizational collective bargaining processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, fair representation of employee interests, and timely resolution of disputes.

    People Governance & Compliance

    • Manage and enforce governance compliance continuously by proactively identifying and addressing people practice risks.
    • Promote a culture of accountability and ethical conduct throughout the organization, including internal audits and workplace rights.

    People Services

    • Oversee and harness the value of all workplace services (e.g., canteen, uniforms, transport, medical services) to optimally impact the employee experience.
    • Ensure these services are executed according to agreed-upon standards and motivate the workforce.

    Employee Wellness and Engagement 

    • Ensure that CCBA Employee Wellness strategies and initiatives are deployed in-country.
    • Provide reporting feedback to Group and leadership.
    • Enhance employee experience by lifting employee engagement levels with targeted initiatives. 

    People Analytics & Reporting

    • Act as custodian for Digital HR systems locally, including the rollout of HR systems (e.g., D365).
    • Ensure uploads, master data governance, and monitoring of People Analytics for the country using tools like Power BI.
    • Provide insights and coach to HRD/HRBPs to develop HR Analytics capability
    • Consolidate country KPIs (ESG, CCP) and generate insights to inform group and local strategies.

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Industrial Psychology, or Law
    • Postgraduate qualification or certification in Labour Law, Employment Relations, or Dispute Resolution

    Skills: 

    • Communication Skills.
    • Strong conflict resolution skills to address and resolve workplace conflicts, disputes, and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.
    • Ability to negotiate and mediate discussions between parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements and solutions.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and fairness in employee relations matters.
    • High ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee relations issues and maintaining trust and confidentiality.
    • Cultural Awareness: Cultural awareness and sensitivity to address diversity and inclusion considerations in employee relations practices and interactions.

    Experience:

    • Experience in mediation, facilitation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques to facilitate productive conversations and resolve conflicts.
    • Solid foundation in labor and employment law, including litigation experience and knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents related to labor relations, employment contracts, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other employment matters.
    • Contract Negotiation.
    • Employee Relations Management.

    Sales Team Lead

    Job Description    

    • Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting possible opportunity in our Sales department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Sales Team Lead role, which will based in George. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager in the site.

    Key Purpose: 

    • The Sales Team Lead will implement and execute L&T strategies in the trade through effective management and coaching of team members (Merchandiser Order Takers) in order to achieve KPI’s.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    Key Outputs

    • Sales Target Achievement: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales target achievement across the region. Review sales performance regularly and take corrective action where required. Optimize sales through strategic allocation of resources like POS, promotional stock, and merchandising support.
    • Customer & Market Development: Partner with sales reps to develop and execute customer-specific business plans. Grow market share through effective merchandising, trade execution, and customer relationship management. Conduct trade visits and engage with store managers/owners to maintain high retail execution standards.
    • Execution Excellence: Ensure Picture of Success is implemented by the sales team for each channel. Oversee execution of merchandising, promotions, order generation, and stock rotation. Manage dealer training and compliance with quality and promotional guidelines.
    • Team Coaching and Development: Coach sales reps to identify sales opportunities and deliver outstanding trade execution. Build executional capabilities through field training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews. Promote a culture of high performance, teamwork, and customer obsession.
    • Planning and Forecasting: Plan and review promotional grids and quarterly action plans. Coordinate with regional team to plan effective route-to-market strategies and customer development activities. Use data (e.g., Nielsen, loyalty insights) to inform strategy and communicate performance with customers and leadership.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through structured and informal engagements. Negotiate space for permanent, promotional, and ad hoc initiatives.

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Education

    • 3-year Sales/Marketing Diploma or Degree

    Experience

    • 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG
    • Demonstrated success in customer development, trade execution, and people management

    Finance Administrator: Market Audit (FTC)

    Job Description    

    • Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for Finance Administrators: Market Audit, to join the Finance team at CCBSA for a period of two months on a Fixed Term Contract.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    Key Purpose:

    • The audit will be conducted across the CCBSA territory covering all provinces.
    • The candidate will be required to visit customers, Local Distribution Partners and strategic distributors to conduct the audit.
    • This will include but not limited to interviewing the customer, conducting a stock count and performing a cooler verification.
    • The candidate will be required to provide daily status updates and feedback.
    • On conclusion of the visits, the candidate will be required to consolidate and share all details of the audit which includes reporting.
