    Intercompany Analyst-1

    Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Preparation of intercompany chargeback requests​
    • Prepare and execute intercompany billings, payments, netting, cash application, accrual entries, adjustments and correction entries asneeded​
    • Prepare account intercompany reconciliations, account analysis and provide detailed transactions to non-finance teams​

    Packaging Engineer

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    Safety and Housekeeping

    • Ensure that the engineering team apply proper safety and housekeeping procedures, and adhere to all legal requirements when carrying out their tasks
    • Ensure implementation of the appropriate SAB and legislative policies (such as OSH act) on safety and housekeeping

    • Verifies that the maintenance systems are working properly and that data integrity and information accuracy is maintained
    • Reviews plant reliability to ensure that equipment is operating optimally and to identify problems or opportunities timeously

    Plant Optimisation

    Warehouse Controller

    Key Roles and responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance to 5's Standard within and around Warehouse Operation and show results evolution
    • Cascade all Global policies and ensure compliance to them
    • Implement and design the management cycle e.g. Business Descriptions, SLA's, Process Maps, KPI Indicators and ensure compliance with all warehouse staff and show results evolution

    • Maintain responsibility for SAP master data accuracy relating to raw materials and packaging materials.

    • Investigate, report, and implement corrective actions to minimize material losses, waste, and overspend.
    • Manage promotional packaging material requirements and production runs.

    • Ensure appropriate labour and resource planning to support operational requirements.

    • Ensure all contractor personnel comply with site safety, quality, food safety, and environmental standards.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of service provider operations.
    • Escalate and resolve service delivery issues to minimise operational disruptions.
    • Foster strong working relationships with service providers to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

    • Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational objectives.
    • Ensure SKAP objectives are implemented, tracked, and reviewed regularly.

    • Own and lead the Logistics Pillar, ensuring compliance with VPO standards, routines, and scorecard requirements.
    • Support the Management & People Pillar through the effective execution of management routines, people development processes, and engagement activities aligned to VPO principles.
    • Facilitate and participate in VPO audits, assessments, and benchmarking activities.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory management, service levels, cost control, and safety performance.
    • Identify, analyse, and eliminate losses within warehouse and logistics operations through structured problem-solving methodologies.
    • Utilise VPO tools and routines to drive process stability, standardisation, and operational excellence.

    Regional Inventory Specialist

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Daily inventory controls open cycles reviewed, gaps identified & actions implemented to close.

    System expertise

    • Ensure adequate adherence and compliance to system processes as prescribed by MES, PTS, eQMS, PaQT and all other prescribed elements of technology for beer production through the brewing department

    • Apply performance management principles for employees (production teams)
    • Apply self-performance management principles
    • Develop employees for current role and future roles to ensure proper pipeline?
    • Ensure a healthy industrial relations climate
    • Manage and apply personnel practices
    • Provide effective leadership
    • Ensure employees are trained on technical and VPO standards
    • Drive the high-performance levels of autonomous teams without shift supervision

    Minimum Requirements:

    • BSc Degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
    • Completed brewing traineeship
    • Master Brewer IBD qualification obtained - Studying towards MB Qualification desirable but not essential
    • SAP modules; White belt certification would be highly advantageous desirable but not essential
    • IBD Papers 1,2&3 completed and passed
    • At least 2 years production experience, of which 1 years’ operating at a management level within Brewing
    • Demonstrated experience in driving commercial decisions in a brewery (financial, operational, people) and brewing technical expertise
    • A good performance track record indicating a disciplined work ethic with passion at maintaining quality

    Injection Moulding Operator I

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Operating equipment and manage associated processes & performance
    • Interpret and implement production plan for shift
    • Operate manual and automatic machines as per standards
    • Ensure process quality and productivity
    • Perform administration work such as tracking and monitoring of processes and take actionwhen required
    • Manage Process Inputs and Outputs and take corrective action on negative trends
    • Use of Quick Fix Routines (As per triggers)
    • Initiate and contribute towards Problem Solving as required
    • Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Experience in an Injection Moulding environment
    • A post-matric qualification (e.g., N4, National Diploma, or equivalent) will be advantageous
    • A Certified Injection Moulding Setter Certificate will be advantageous

    BDR 2 FTC

    Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
    • Manage and supervise Distributors of assigned sector (orders, payment, re-distribution.
    • Ensure IB products are available in reasonable stock (complete range) in the customers and retail outlets.
    • Ensure merchandising (visibility of the brands in terms of POS and Chillers) in the customers and retail outlets.
    • Ensure chillers are properly placed in the performing outlet and used exclusively for IBPLC products in the assigned sector.
    • Monitor the recommended price of our product at sales outlets.
    • Closely monitor actions of the competition.
    • Key Attributes and Competencies:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum requirement of grade 12.
    • Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification (Sales/Marketing qualification preferred).
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a sales/marketing/FMCG environment.
    • Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
    • Basic computer literacy and experience working with Microsoft Office.
    • Local area knowledge is a requirement.
    • Ability to work in a flexible working environment (working on weekends).
