Governance & Standards
- Support plant with C&A project implementation and ensure that they adhere to the C&A standards within the project.

- Conduct the annual ZBB business cycle for the Zone, developing 1YP and budget base assumptions.
- Lead ZBB deliverables with stakeholders such as Zone Package Owners and Procurement Teams.
- Drive the execution of ZBB in the Africa Zone, including policy localization and initiative tracking.
- Identify and share best practices in expense management within the Zone.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience. CA, CIMA, or MBA strongly preferred.
- 3-4 years in a business environment; experience managing people is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business processes, strategy, and finance. Proficient in accounting and financial statements.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Syspro, Cognos, and SAP.
- Fluent in English.
