- The ideal team player will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of all mechanical equipment and systems within the operational unit by performing regular maintenance, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective repairs. Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with breakdowns and assist with the reduction in downtime periods within the relevant operational unit to limit unnecessary costs.
- Install, maintain, and repair all mechanical equipment and systems at the relevant operational unit.
- Report on breakdowns to management and record it on daily log sheet.
- Ensure job cards are filled in correctly and signed off by relevant manager.
- Dismantle, assemble and repair or replace faulty equipment and defective parts.
- Continuously do fault-finding and problem- solving on mechanical equipment.
- Visual inspection of parts on a daily basis.
- Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Complete all compulsory training interventions.
- Mentor employees to follow standard practices and processes to ensure quality services.
- Performs other duties as may be required by line managers.

Reporting to the Irrigation Manager, the Regional Marketer for Irrigation is a dynamic and driven team player responsible for
- Driving sales growth across Irrigation departments located within the Free State region, Reitz, Warden, Bethlehem, Harrismith, Petrus Steyn and Tweeling. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain and grow current targets and profit margins while building strong customer relationships.
