    Are you someone who can:

    • Increases new business production, non interest revenue and market share
    • Provide operational support related to activities and initiatives that contribute to the overall growth and profitability of an area of work
    • Drive sales across product and campaign initiatives to exceed set targets
    • Demonstrate cost consciousness and awareness of personal contribution to costs and productivity
    • Identify and escalates potential risks that may lead to increased costs
    • Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
    • Adhere to Organisational values and service standards and interact with and communicate with customers accordingly
    • Ensure first time resolution of customer queries or complaints and take ownership of any requirements and follow up on queries handed over to other parties or areas to ensure delivery on agreed time lines and Service Level Agreements
    • Meet set turnaround times while ensuring own availability, reliability and accuracy
    • Propose improvements on internal processes that impacts service levels and customer satisfaction within area of accountability
    • Ensure own product knowledge and guidance provided is technically accurate and collects feedback to help improve customer service

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in systems analysis, preferably in the financial services or analytical modelling domain.
    • 5 + Years of Experience as a Data Engineer
    • Strong understanding of Java programming and development practices.
    • Experience with data analysis and modelling techniques.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

    • As part of our talent team in WB Dealer Sales - Gauteng Region the Sales Manager role is to identify new sales opportunities, oversee and monitor sales teams and ensure profitability by achieving agreed return on economic capital, non-interest revenue and new business targets, including market share and production. The incumbent leads a team and builds and maintains strategic relationships with customers / suppliers / partners.

    • Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency
    • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions

    You will be an ideal candidate if you:

    • Minimum Qualification - Matric
    • Preferred Qualification – Post Secondary Education relevant to the position and our industry is preferred
    • Experience – 5 to 6 Years experience within the role with key understanding of Motor Sales within WesBank
    • Additional Requirements: Extensive travelling with the national regions required, must be comfortable navigating general geographical arears
