    Marketing Strategy & Objectives:

    • Define and execute marketing strategies to support SPARK Schools' growth objectives, with a significant focus on digital platforms.
    • Set annual marketing goals that align with business objectives, ensuring digital marketing is central to both customer acquisition and retention.

    Digital-First Go-to-Market Strategies:

    Responsibilities:

     Attraction:  

    • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, universities and providing network information and opportunities.
    • The posting and updating of job vacancies on the careers page and various job board portals.
    • Networking with various stakeholders to ensure an ongoing pipeline of potential referral candidates.

     Shortlist and screening:  

    • Determines applicant requirements by carefully studying the current job description
