    Technical Consultant Graduate

    Program Overview:

    • Mentorship & Training: For the first six months, the graduate will be mentored by a Senior Project Manager, learning essential project management methodologies and technical consulting skills.
    • Project Management Exposure: Initially responsible for managing installation projects, with a structured growth path leading to full end-to-end project management.
    • Career Progression: Over 1.5 years, the graduate will develop into a fully-fledged Technical Project Manager responsible for leading technical consulting projects.
    • Certifications: During the program, the candidate will acquire industry-recognized certifications such as Prince2 or PMP to strengthen their project management expertise.
    • Reporting Line: Reports into the South Africa Country Manager for Service Experience Delivery Lead.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in managing and executing technical installation projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project planning, execution, and reporting.
    • Participate in project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
    • Engage in training and mentorship programs to build project management and technical consulting capabilities.

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • Education: A fresh graduate or a candidate with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
    • Degree: A Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related degree.

    Sales Intern

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with potential and existing customers via telephone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and promote HPE solutions.
    • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management to drive business growth.
    • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential market opportunities.

    • Scripting & Automation: Leverage scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) to support automation, data analysis, or technical tasks as needed.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of technical projects.
    • Learning & Development: Engage in continuous learning to gain expertise in HPE's solutions, technologies, and architecture practices.
    • Communication: Support customer meetings and calls, clearly articulating technical information in a professional manner.

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • Education: Recent graduate, final-year student, or entry-level candidate with a technical degree (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
    • Scripting Skills: Experience or familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is preferred.
    • Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
    • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Passion for Technology: Demonstrated interest in IT, technology, and solution architecture.
    • Availability: Must be available to work full-time in Johannesburg.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Basic experience with automation, scripting, or technical tool development.
    • Understanding of cloud solutions, compute, or storage technologies.
