    Creative Lead

    Key Responsibilities:

    Creative Strategy:

    • Define and evolve the brand's visual identity across digital, print and experiential channels. 
    • Lead creative ideation and execution of campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
    • Champion innovation in design, animation and multimedia storytelling

    Design Execution:

    • Produce high-impact design work including digital assets, video content, social media visuals, presentation and product collateral.
    • Apply UX/UI principles to enhance user experience across web and digital platforms.
    • Oversee design projects to support brand and marketing goals.

    Collaboration & Communication:

    • Partner with the Marketing Manager to align creative execution with campaign timeline and deliverables.
    • Work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales and external agencies to support business needs.
    • Present creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders

    Project & Resource Management:

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities with design execution.
    • Brief and manage external designers, photographers, videographers and other creative vendors when required.
    • Maintain an organised digital asset library (Media Library and Sharepoint) and ensure version control.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in design or related field
    • 8+ years experience in graphic design with proven leadership in creative roles.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, videography, campaign work etc.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
    • Experience in fast-paced, brand-led environments with cross-functional collaboration.
    • Strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail and design excellence.
    • Collaborative and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Passionate about brand storytelling, digital innovation, and creative leadership.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.

    Marketing Project Co - Ordinator

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
    Project Coordinator & Traffic Management

    • Coordinate and manage marketing briefs, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and timely execution.
    • Act as a traffic manager for incoming requests, assigning tasks and tracking progress across the team.
    • Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met across campaigns and product launches.

    Content & Collateral Support

    • Assist in the development and updating of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, product spec sheets etc).
    • Review all artwork to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.

    Digital & Online Presence

    • Support website content updates and digital campaign execution.
    • Collaborate with the digital team to maintain accurate and engaging online content.

    Event & Exhibition Support

    • Coordinate logistics and marketing materials for exhibitions, trade shows, external events and internal events.
    • Ensure timely delivery of assets and on-site support where needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
    • 5+ years’ experience as a marketing project coordinator or related field.
    • Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects across various departments
    • Strong understanding of brand, digital and content marketing.
    • Experience with project management tools and marketing workflows
    • Experience with CRM is preferred but not required
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
    • Must have valid driver's license
