    Registrar

    • The Registrar is accountable for overseeing student academic, admissions, registrations, records, course scheduling, examinations, graduations, academic policies and procedures and governance meetings. The Registrar is responsible for compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and provides strategic leadership in support of the institution's strategic intent.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Academic Administration

    • Maintain accurate and complete student academic records in line with the institution's Policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Supervise the processing and management of admissions, registrations, withdrawals, and transfers.
    • Coordinate student record audits and ensure compliance with institutional policies.

    Course Management and Scheduling

    • Oversee scheduling of classes, examinations, and other academic events.

    Student Services

    Systems and Technology

    • Oversee academic records systems (Student Information Systems - SIS).

    Leadership, Supervision and Networking

    • Lead, train, and supervise Registrar Office staff.

    Lecturer - Management

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Lecturing

    Planning and Scheduling Co-ordinator

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Student Capacity Planning

    • Understands the timetable in terms of phase in and phase out rules related to phase out and teach out qualifications
    • Understands the process and advises on the need to teach out a qualification in consultation with the Head: Academic Operations, and ensures that all such requests are formally approved via the National office and governance committees at the Central Academic Team (CAT)

    Lecturer Budget Support

    Venue Management

    • Oversee the admissions funnel with each staff member to ensure that sales activities support students progressing to offer status, including securing all necessary correctly certified documentation.
    • Drive the payment of pre-registration fees upon acceptance with the sales team.
    • Work closely with admissions to ensure offers are issued and admissions are approved accurately and timeously.

    Registration

    • Achieve new undergraduate and postgraduate student registration campus targets.

    Quality Sales Management 

    • Train new sales staff on presentation and interview scripts, product knowledge, STASY and all sales processes to ensure readiness for national sign-off.
    • Provide ongoing training and development of the sales team to prevent unnecessary progression through the Sales Tracking process.
    • Foster team relations and build trust within the team.
    • Communicate effectively to improve motivation within the sales team.
    • Take ownership of the sales process including tactical planning, strategic orientation and capacity planning.
    • Ensure data integrity across all reporting platforms to meet quarterly targeted benchmarks set by the National Office.
    • Ensure timely submission of sales-related reports on a weekly basis.

    Customer Service

    • Conduct regular school relationship check-ins to ensure the sales team delivers the required level of customer service.
    • Monitor the sales team’s service delivery to ensure adherence to required response turnaround times and professionalism in all customer interactions.
    • Review mystery shopper results and implement corrective actions where required to ensure sales teams meet the required standards.

    Minimum Work Experience Requirement:

    • Sales and Marketing experience – 5 years
    • Management experience – 4 years
