    Head of Total Rewards and People Analytics

    What You Will Do

    In this role, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing Total Rewards Framework that is effective, fair, engaging, and a catalyst for our business's success as well as utilizing the power of data to drive informed decisions related to our workforce.

    You will work closely with our Group Functions and Market Area People Functions, Finance and Executive Management to comprehend the unique requirement of each stakeholder and create the simplified, consistent, and well communicated Total Rewards and People Analytics Delivery for the region.

    Key tasks and responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR partners to understand the evolving needs of our organization.
    • Translate business objectives into Total Rewards and Workforce Management strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent, aligning with our long-term goals.
    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve our total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This includes compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
    • Develop and implement Total Rewards initiatives that foster a culture of engagement and recognition and enhance the employee experience.
    • Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including cash benefits, health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors like benchmark providers and brokers to manage the end-to-end total rewards delivery includes compensation and benefits and wellness initiatives.
    • Leverage data and analytics to make strategic workforce decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
    • Provide proactive guidance based on insights and enabling informed decision-making through automated tools like Power BI and Success Factors.
    • Develop and manage budgets related to compensation, benefits, and people analytics functions ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising the quality of our offerings.
    • Ensure our Total Rewards programs are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Implement risk mitigation strategies to control the data privacy, confidentiality.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
    • Minimum 15 years experience in Human Resources, with international responsibility or scope.
    • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards
    • Substantial eye for business, ability to engage, encourage and influence people.

    MFS Program Manager

    What you will do

    • You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plan and supervise all activities.
    • Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues!
    • Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
    • Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring, cost control.
    • Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting.
    • Develop the Project Management subject area: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas.
    • Adjust ways of working to local customs with consideration to Code of Conduct and local OHS and safety regulations.

    You will bring

    • 5-10 years of experience within ICT or FinTech industries in Project Management positions
    • Experience in complex financial/banking or IT Integration systems Service Delivery. 5+ Years
    • Good at handling resource planning and competence development
    • Result oriented with customer first attitude
    • Ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, empowering and finding opportunities to collaborate.
    • Can handle stressful and ambiguous situations
    • Strong delivery capabilities
    • PMP Certification or Prince 2 certification will be required
    • Agile certification (Scrum Master ..) and DevOps experience are a plus

    PMO Hub Manager - OCC South Cluster

    About this opportunity

    PMO Hub Manager - OCC is responsible for running the OSS,CORE & Cloud (OCC) domain project management unit for all customers in respective cluster. The role is responsible for overseeing all the project management resources with in OCC domain expertise to lead the projects within this unit. This unit will ensure that the resources are building capability to lead and deliver projects that requires the OCC portfolio knowledge. This unit will also ensure to enhance project management expertise in new areas such as 5G, NFVI & Cloud.

    What you will do

    • Develop and cultivate project management capability within the designated hub
    • Manage a team of CPMs supporting the need of all CUs in designated cluster
    • Drive readiness activities to ensure timely availability of OCC project management capability.
    • Get involved with OCC business across the designated cluster to ensure accurate dimensioning of organization including efficient utilization and billability of resources.
    • Support OCC cluster head in working with SA OCC on product roadmaps, future competence needs and BA initiatives
    • Develop a positive & productive culture within the extended team
    • Contribute to the development of a long-term strategy and delivery plans for the business
    • Support the roll out of PMO initiatives, mandates, and directives.
    • Drive project management excellence through leading and developing the community in conjunction with unit programs through competence assessment and development practices
    • Ensure compliance and ethics and exhibit outstanding role-model leadership behaviors
    • Build a strong project management culture within MMEA CSS organization and improve project managers competence through training, coaching & mentorship
    • Enforce project management & Operational Hygiene
    • Drive project excellence through defined programs with a focus on competence and capability, ways of working and tools and processes
    • Ensure adherence to all Ericsson processes and methodologies especially compliance to XLPM framework

    You will bring

    • 10+ years of program management experience in leading large-scale sophisticated deliveries with a telecommunication or technology company
    • 7+ years of people leadership & senior stakeholder management experience
    • Excellent communication and outstanding presentation skills
    • Domain experience/ knowledge: CORE, Cloud and agile delivery
    • Demonstrated experience of having led software development projects using agile-based methodologies.
    • Deep experience of leading teams in a multicultural collaborative and matrixed environment
    • Customer focused and desire understand business and customer needs.
    • Professional demeanor with solid ability to prioritize, manage time and deliver results.
    • Certification: PMI© project manager certification (PMP) or equivalent. ICT PD certification is a plus.
    • Education: Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
    • MBA is an added advantage.
    • Experience/knowledge in Ericsson Business Process (EBP) 5GC, cloud native is good to have.
    • Experience/knowledge of Agile methodologies and certification as ACP/Scrum Master will be a great plus.
