Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day stockpile, weighbridge and road logistics activities.
• Ensure that timeous submission of road intents and loading of trucks are in accordance with the frequency rate standard conditions and product destination.
• Monitoring road logistics and ensuring we receive all scheduled trucks.
• Executing the daily plan against the schedule.
• Monitoring and managing truck-handling times and preventing trucks queuing at the various loading sites.
• Conducting daily coal inspections, ensuring procedures are adhered to and area of responsibility is well maintained.
• Ensuring subordinates are equipped and knowledgeable of truck and loading procedures.
• Adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
