    Operator: Tipper Truck

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12/Matric
    • Valid Code 14 (EC) License and PDP permit.
    • Relevant experience as a Tipper Truck Operator will be advantageous.
    • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
    • Knowledge regard safety and other regulations when operating a Tipper Truck.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be willing to work irregular hours.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Performing Tipper Truck related duties for various internal projects.
    • Performing Tipper Truck related duties for external customers as required.
    • Complete all vehicle inspections before and after utilization thereof.
    • Ensure the vehicle is filled with diesel.
    • Report irregularities to Mechanical Workshop.
    • Adhere to safety and other regulations regarding the operation of the Tipper Truck.
    • Reporting to the FLeet and Logistics Manager on the progress of tasks, daily.

    Manager: Retail Store (Mafikeng)

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12/National Senior Certificate is required.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Business Management qualification or relevant qualification will be advantageous.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Retail Store Manager is required.
    • Retail experience managing multiple stores would be beneficial.
    • Excellent communication, organisational and strategy skills.
    • Leadership and decision-making ability.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all business operations are conducted in accordance with the company standard.
    • Oversee and coordinate business operations of the retail store to achieve financial goals and operational targets.
    • Influence team members to be customer oriented, effective, productive and knowledgeable.
    • Build constructive and effective relationships with multiple departments and stakeholders.
    • Ability to identify areas for performance improvement.
    • Partnering with the Sales and Marketing division to support, validate and strategize marketing initiatives and events.
    • Development and implementing of possible new business ventures.
    • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill to positively impact business.
