- 3-5 years’ experience in a direct marketing campaign manager role.
- Proven experience in using advanced CRM/direct marketing platforms including their coding language (e.g. Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, or Google Analytics - advantageous).
- Proficiency in CRM software management, including user permissions, custom objects, workflows, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of HTML emails and optimising these for different clients or devices.
- Proven experience in executing multi-product, multi-channel (email, WhatsApp, push, etc.) direct marketing strategies that span acquisition, retention and monetisation.
- Solid understanding of direct marketing best practices and industry and security standards.
- Advanced reporting and analysis skills, with the ability to track campaigns and glean insights from data gathered.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including the use of pivot tables.

OVERALL PURPOSE
- If you have earned your stripes in an agency environment and you have experience in both traffic and production, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Marketing team as a Senior Traffic and Production Manager.
- You will be working closely with the Brand Director to ensure our in-house creative studio runs like a well-oiled machine. This involves managing briefs, project resourcing and team member workloads, scheduling reviews, and leading on-time delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for assisting with creative production from photography and video shoots to radio recordings, etc.

As the Senior Traffic and Production Manager at Lula, your role will involve:
- Leading delivery of work ranging from ATL campaigns and PR to content marketing and webinars. You’ll manage the workflow of creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time so that we not only smash deadlines but also can plan for the future.
- Use project management/tracking software like Jira/Wrike/Asana to manage and schedule briefs efficiently.
- Facilitate creative workflow planning and ensure appropriate allocation of resources (writers, designers) to projects to drive resourcing to maximum efficiency.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of creatives, managing their schedules across multiple projects including CRM, social media, website, PR, campaigns and internal requests.
- Chase after briefs as required – don’t feel shy to demand the brand team deliver as expected.
- Plan and facilitate planning and key meetings – manage the schedule for new projects and work closely with project leads to manage expectations and effectively problem-solve resource management based on new or changing priorities.
