    Assistant Packhouse Manager

    • A leading soft-fruit production operation is seeking an Assistant Packhouse Manager to oversee day-to-day Packhouse operations, ensuring efficient production, product quality and food safety, team performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a tertiary qualification in Agriculture or a related field
    • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Assistant Packhouse Management
    • Previous experience in a Packhouse supervisory or management role, preferably within the fresh produce industry
    • Proven experience in both production and quality management
    • Strong knowledge and practical experience of quality management systems, HACCP and Global G.A.P.
    • Ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities
    • Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
    • Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Assisting with the day-to-day management and operations of the Packhouse.
    • Planning and coordinating packing activities to meet customer requirements and demand.
    • Maintaining the highest standards of product quality and food safety, including HACCP and Global G.A.P. requirements.
    • Leading, managing and developing Packhouse and Dispatch Supervisors and their respective teams.
    • Managing packaging materials and ensuring uninterrupted Packhouse operations.
    • Driving productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards, company policies and procedures.
    • Working closely with Production, Logistics and Commercial teams to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.
    • Overseeing staff scheduling, training, performance management and labour allocation.
    • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on key performance indicators (throughput, yield, quality, waste and efficiency).
    • Maintaining accurate records, documentation and traceability systems for audits and compliance.
    • Preparing for and supporting internal and external quality, food-safety and certification audits.
    • Ensuring effective cold-chain integrity, proper product handling and storage conditions.
    • Identifying opportunities to reduce waste, minimise downtime and optimise packing processes.
    • Addressing quality-related issues and customer feedback promptly while implementing corrective actions.

    Climate Success Analyst

    • A growing climate technology and advisory business dedicated to helping organisations measure, manage and reduce their environmental impact is seeking a Climate Success Analyst. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and senior consultants to collect and analyse greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data, support climate reporting and disclosures, and help organisations achieve their environmental objectives through an industry-leading digital platform.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a relevant tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field
    • Previous experience in sustainability consulting, carbon accounting, ESG reporting or environmental management would be advantageous
    • Knowledge of greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting methodologies and climate reporting frameworks is essential
    • Passion for sustainability, climate change and environmental responsibility
    • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
    • Exposure to sustainability disclosure frameworks such as SBTi, CSRD, SECR, CDP or EcoVadis would be beneficial
    • Must have experience working with data analysis and reporting tools

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Supporting clients with the collection, analysis and uploading of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data onto the company's climate platform.
    • Assisting senior consultants with delivering climate advisory services through accurate data collection, analysis and carbon footprint reporting.
    • Helping clients develop net-zero targets and sustainability strategies while supporting the management of climate initiatives through the platform.
    • Preparing reports and assisting with climate-related disclosures, including SBTi, CSRD, SECR, CDP and EcoVadis reporting.
    • Supporting client account administration, including service adjustments, contract administration and identifying upselling opportunities.
    • Assisting with additional environmental and energy-related consulting services, including ISO and ESOS auditing.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to share knowledge, improve processes and support training initiatives.
    • Acting as a liaison between clients, the technology team and senior leadership to support platform enhancements and new feature development.
    • Testing new platform functionality, identifying bugs and providing detailed feedback to improve the customer experience.
    • Maintaining and updating the carbon emissions database, including emission factors, regulations and knowledge resources.
    • Utilising AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve data processing, analysis and operational efficiency.
    • Contributing to the ongoing development of sustainability solutions and best practices across the business.

    Area Manager - Bio-fertilisers

    • A well-established US-based company developing microbial bio-fertilizers and bio-stimulants that enhance soil and crop health, yield, and quality, and supported by expert agronomic guidance, is seeking an Area Manager responsible for managing regional sales and technical support, guiding distributors and farmers, overseeing field trials, and providing agronomic insights to optimize crop production.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • A tertiary qualification in Agriculture would be preferred
    • CropLife (AVCASA) and/or BASOS certifications are required
    • Minimum 2-7 years’ hands-on experience working with farmers, managing/conducting trials and providing sales support
    • A strong network of farmers, dealers and distributors is advantageous

    Account Manager - Animal Feed

    • A well-established manufacturer and supplier of unmodified and modified starches, glucose, and co-generated agri-products is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Accounts Manager – Agriproducts to maximize revenue growth through the effective marketing and sales of agricultural products into the animal feed industry, combined with strong technical expertise in animal nutrition and commercial acumen.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a B. Sc. Agriculture (Animal Science/Nutrition) or equivalent qualification; An M. Sc. Agriculture specializing in Animal Science/Nutrition is advantageous
    • SACNASP registration and membership with SASAS are advantageous
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in Animal Nutrition within the Agricultural sector
