    • Create and assign appropriate categorization for each product category on the e-commerce platform while optimizing search functionality and user experience by implementing intuitive and efficient categorization, ensuring customers can easily find and navigate through different product categories.
    • Stay up to date with industry best practices and competitor strategies for product categorization.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is available on the e-commerce platform, including pricing, inventory levels, and product specifications.
    • Coordinate with marketing team to ensure that product launches are timed strategically to align with key campaigns and promotions.

    Qualifications

    • Degree / Diploma in Digital Marketing, Fashion Degree, or relevant 
    • Digital Marketing work experience 
    • E-Retail platform eg. Magento and Copy Writing experience is highly advantageous.

    • Miladys is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the critical path to ensure timely and complete delivery of products ensuring KPIs are met, thereby contributing to our sales objectives. You will manage the new supplier onboarding process, liasing with key stakeholders across the business to ensure suppliers are onboarded in line with standard operating procedures, providing training and support to suppliers post onboarding.     Analysis and Research

    • Management of shipping rate updates on the system

    Supplier Onboarding and Management 

    • Management of supplier contracts ensuring suppliers are onboarded within the SOP timeline
    • Supplier training and support on the supplier portal
    • Monitoring supplier distribution centre (DC) compliance and finding solutions to supplier DC non-compliance

    Imports management 

    • Liaise with key stakeholders at Group Shipping to track container arrivals ensuring all delivery windows are aligned
    • Keeping key stakeholders at Miladys updated on any potential risk of late deliveries on imports to the DC
    • Third Party Service Provider Management
    • Support provided to service providers of swing tags, carton labels and couriers enabling efficient communication between the service providers and key stakeholders at Miladys.

    Qualifications

    • NQF level 7 (bachelor’s e.g. BA, Bcom, BSc or equivalent 3-year degree)
    • 2+ years’ experience in a supply chain, logistics and imports. 
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
