    Executive Assistant - CEO and Leadership Support Team

    Responsibilities: 

    • Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-through
    • Provide high level board and governance support, including the preparation and distribution of board packs, minutes, and resolution
    • Conduct strategic research to support business decisions, offering insights on market trends, competitors, and opportunities
    • Support the CEO by coordinating high-level events, workshops, and executive functions, and assisting with meeting arrangements when required
    • Oversee special projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery
    • Draft and review executive communications and maintain professional relationships on behalf of the CEO
    • Handle confidential documentation, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support including travel, expenses, and meeting logistics.

    Requirements

    What are we looking for:

    • Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential)
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-suite or senior leadership
    • Proven experience managing multiple executive calendars, preparing high-level reports, and coordinating complex travel itineraries
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong command of written and verbal communication in English
    • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

    Technical Compliance Specialist

    Responsibilities: 

    • Lead the Quality Function, driving performance and compliance with agreed KPIs.
    • Develop and implement quality systems for third-party manufacturers in line with Promeal’s standards.
    • Manage customer quality systems, ensuring swift resolution of complaints and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure third-party compliance with regulatory and brand requirements.
    • Oversee compliance with GMP, licensing, and product integrity standards.
    • Drive quality-focused projects, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions to enhance quality outcomes.
    • Ensure traceability through accurate lot number verification.

    Requirements: 

    • A relevant degree or diploma in Quality Management or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing environment.
    • Proven experience in auditing and quality assessments.
    • Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
    • Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
