    Enterprise Process Architect / BPM Specialist (ARIS, Celonis)

    Role Purpose

    • Responsible for defining, implementing and evolving the enterprise process architecture and BPM capability across the organisation, enabling end-to-end traceability from strategy to execution and supporting data-driven optimisation, automation and governance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and maintain enterprise process architecture across all levels (L0–L4), aligned to business strategy and value chains.
    • Establish and govern a single source of truth for process models, taxonomy and standards.
    • Design and implement BPM governance frameworks, process ownership structures and operating models.
    • Lead enterprise BPM maturity uplift initiatives and embed governance, compliance and audit readiness.
    • Own and optimise process platforms such as ARIS, Celonis or equivalent tools.
    • Enable end-to-end traceability across business processes, systems, data and controls.
    • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment between process design and system architecture.
    • Ensure process models explicitly reflect system interactions, integration points and data flows.
    • Identify process inefficiencies, automation opportunities and optimisation potential.
    • Define and track process performance metrics including cost, cycle time, automation and compliance.
    • Build and support a Process Engineering Community of Practice (CoP).
    • Provide training, standards and modelling guidance to ensure consistent adoption.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Proven experience in enterprise process architecture design and BPM capability implementation.
    • Strong knowledge of BPMN modelling standards and process lifecycle management.
    • Hands-on experience with ARIS, Celonis or equivalent BPM/process mining tools.
    • Experience linking business processes to systems, applications, data and architecture artefacts.
    • Experience working with Solution Architecture and/or Enterprise Architecture teams.
    • Understanding of system integration patterns and end-to-end traceability (process to system to data).
    • Strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and deliver across multiple business areas.

    Advantages

    Azure Data Platform Engineer

    Overview

    • We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to support the development, maintenance and optimisation of enterprise data platforms and solutions within an Azure Cloud environment.

    Key Requirements

    • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Stored Procedures and SSIS.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and infrastructure management.
    • Proficiency in Git version control.
    • Python experience is advantageous.
    • Experience supporting production environments and resolving incidents.

    Key Responsibilities

    Data Engineering & Platform Support

    • Provision and manage Azure resources, including VMs, storage, networking and integration runtimes.
    • Monitor platform performance, availability, security and compliance.
    • Manage access controls, security configurations, backups and disaster recovery processes.
    • Maintain technical documentation and version control standards.

    Production Support

    • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents and service requests.
    • Perform bug fixes, system maintenance and report enhancements.
    • Ensure all changes are tested, documented and deployed according to established processes.
    • Support audit, governance and compliance requirements.

    Engineering & Delivery

    • Analyse requirements and contribute to solution design.
    • Develop, configure, test and deploy data engineering solutions.
    • Perform code optimisation and integration testing.
    • Provide effort estimates and support deployment and migration activities.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution quality and architectural alignment.

    Agile Delivery

    • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
    • Provide regular progress updates and manage assigned deliverables through to completion.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Relevant IT Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
    • Experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform Administration, or a similar role.
    • Exposure to Azure cloud environments and Agile delivery methodologies.

    Process Engineer (Card Experience)

    Role Purpose

    • The Process Engineer will be responsible for driving the discovery, analysis, documentation, modelling and optimisation of business processes to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and business performance. The role focuses on analysing current and future-state processes, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
    • Cards and Payments experience would be advantageous. This is a senior-level role requiring the ability to work across business and technology stakeholders while driving process improvement initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate process discovery and stakeholder workshops.
    • Analyse, document and optimise business processes (As-Is and To-Be).
    • Identify process inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
    • Develop process maps, models and supporting documentation.
    • Conduct impact assessments and process analysis.
    • Collaborate with business, technology and project teams to implement process improvements.
    • Support transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure processes align with governance, compliance and business objectives.
    • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
    • 8+ years' experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Analysis, or Continuous Improvement roles.
    • Strong experience in process modelling, process optimisation and stakeholder engagement.
    • Experience working within large enterprise environments.
    • Financial Services or Banking industry experience preferred.
    • Cards and Payments experience advantageous.

    Systems Engineer Specialist

    Role Purpose

    • The Systems Engineer Specialist will provide advanced technical expertise in the installation, testing, tuning, optimisation, troubleshooting, upgrading and maintenance of hardware, operating systems, systems software and related infrastructure components. The role ensures the stability, performance and availability of enterprise IT systems supporting business operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install, configure, maintain and support servers, operating systems and infrastructure hardware.
    • Monitor, tune and optimise system performance and availability.
    • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
    • Perform system upgrades, patching and preventive maintenance.
