PURPOSE:
To sell COID to class IV and Class 13 and understand the full value proposition and provide prospective clients
with gap analysis and provide solutions.
EDUCATIONAL (Minimum level necessary to perform the job).
Schooling Matric
Professional / Tertiary NQF5 Sales Industry Degree/Diploma.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- RE1 non-negotiable and RE5 advantageous
- FAIS accredited
- Proven Sales record
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to interface with Stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prepared to travel
- Valid driver’s licence
EXPERIENCE (Minimum necessary before being considered for the Job)
- At least 5 years’ sales experience with a proven track record
- TRAINING (Essential training received in addition to the above experience to perform the job).
- Understanding of RMA products
PERIOD OF ON-THE-JOB TRAINING
1 Day - 5 Day company in – house induction course
